You got the right stuff. Color is correct.

Danny I think I remember you posting something about this a long time ago and for some reason, I decided it would be too much of a coil gunker to suit me. Of course back then I didn't have enough sense to think of using small amounts as a mixer lol. Anyways, thanks again for taking the time and trouble to post the link.

Depending on how accurate I was with the half ml of Rustica, that should be around 10% solution. It very strong and if you're only using it to highlight other flavors taking it on down to 5% might be easier to work with.

I'm at 3% Vanilla Pipe and 1% Rustica. Lovin' this stuff. :vapor:

Happy you're enjoying this stuff. Vanilla Pipe sounds great. Would you mind sharing where to get some?

Mine came from Vapers Tek, but Bull City also has it. Vapers Tek also has a couple others things I'm interested in for future experiments, such as their throat hit nic. Also the Inawera TA Virginia get a lot of good reviews.

When I first started vaping I ordered some ejuice on line that was Marlboro flavored. This was the first time I ever ordered e-juice on line and I bought 5 bottles of it because I loved Marlboro's for the past 40 years. When it arrived I filled up a brand new CE4 and gave it a try. That was the most horrible flavor I ever had. Like licking the bottom of an ashtray and it was awful. Since then I tried a bottle of 555 and had the same flavor, and mixed up some western flavor with also the same results. I cant stand the flavor.
I had an order of some TA all ready to go from Bull city and was reading this thread when I seen danny said tobacco absolute had an ashy dirty taste and it reminded me of that Marlboro flavor. Reading the 4 flavors of Tobacco Absolute they all claim to have that ashy flavor.
For now my order is canceled until I find out if Tobacco Absolute is like western. I know everyones taste is different and some enjoy that flavor but its not for me.

Yeal, I know exactly what you mean. For me I can take a hint of ash for a change of pace but my favorites all have no ash or very little. That's why the Ina ta Virginia went on a back burner for me.

What is some of the flavors you like and what's on your list?

I took a close look at my bottle of 10% Rustica today and indeed there was some separation. I shook it a few time and the separation disappeared. Also, there was no visible separation in a couple of mixes I had that contained 1% of the 10% Rustica. I'm thinking the 80/20 vg/dw Is going to be usable for me. I'm glad because I don't have any pg or pga at the moment. :vapor:

Nic`d Up in Oklahoma!
I too love it. When everything else is getting stale, I go to it.
Its ECX mixed at 2% straight from the bottle in a 80-20 mix with 25 mg nic. Yummy.

Has a slightly mapley rich tobacco taste for me. I`m looking forward to trying it with some pepper to spice it up a bit.
And its great as an additive, two to three drops per 30ml.

:?)

All the RY's that I tried so far are good, the Capela line of Smooth, Bold, True, Medium have all been good vapes for me and Hangson WinChurhill is pretty decent. Ecigs Vanilla Pipe Tobacco is good as a stand alone. Mixed it up %5 in 10 ml PG/VG and it was a good vape. Hangsen RY1, RY2 & RY3 at 5 drops to 5ml is also not a bad flavored vape.

I been wanting to try some flue cured and Virginia flavored Tobacco's and might spend the $3.50 on Virginia just to see if it does taste like an ash tray or not. Im looking for a good bold non pipe or cigar tobacco flavor.

If you're happy with the 2% as a stand alone, why not leave it at that, and try adding some pepper. Any adjustments can be done later. I once did that with a bit of espresso and it produced a wonderful burning taste like a cigarette. BTW, is your pepper extracted, or just the synthetic stuff? I did an extraction with vodka last year and it turned out great. Forgot I had it, but now that you reminded me, I need to look it up again....

I have`nt got the pepper yet. But it`ll be on my next ECX order. I plan on trying black pepper, some red pepper, and even some wasabi. And cinnamon.

Looking for something close to a Nicaraguan Puro, :?)

I haven't tried either yet but two Inawera flavors on my list is 'Tobacco', which is supposed to be straight ahead tobacco, and 'Flue Cured Tobacco' which is supposed to be tobacco with coffee.

If your looking for that marlboro taste read back at my earlier posts in this thread I explain what flavors and TA you need.

To me, Marlboro's didnt have that ashtray taste when I smoked it, but many said it smelled like burning newspapers. I seen the recipe that JD1 linked of yours danny1 and it has DNB in it which is suppose to be an ashy flavor.

I went ahead and ordered the Samara Botane Tobacco Absolute as well as an order from Bull City for Tobacco Absolute Garuda WG-INW , Tobacco Absolute Virginia WG-INW, and some Flue Cured-HS and Arabic Tobacco TDM-INW. If I dont like the tobacco absolute I can always find someone who does like it. Before I had this medical stuff going on and stopped mixing I had a good amount of tobacco flavor request from friends and family. Maybe some of them would like it and it wont go to waste.

I think you be well pleased with the Rustica. And hopefully, the ta Virginia won't have too much ash to suit you. I've seen some good reviews on the HS Flue Cured and Ina Arabic as well.

I have some Ina Gold Ducat, and 3 Five that should be here tomorrow. The 3 Five is supposed to have a unique nutty flavor but is a little weak on tobacco for some. I figure I can bump it up with some Rustica for the tobacco and have fingers crossed that I'll like the nutty flavor. I have several nut type flavors and I like them all and use them all, yet none of them are exactly what they're supposed to be, to me at least.

To mix I used a 10 ml glass bottle filled half full with 80/20 vg/dw, and about half of a ml of Rustica as near as I could guesstamate. Nuked it 8 seconds and popped on the lid and shook it up good. It mixed right up just fine. :vapor: :vapor: :vapor:

I mixed 5 drops of ECX in 10 ml of base and nuked it for the very first time in my life but could not get any taste. Repeated, and let it steep for 24 hours, and still no results. Of course I never had much luck with heat steeping tobaccos anyway, including with a crockpot. Just wondering why we are experiencing different results doing the same thing. BTW it can not be my taste buds since as far as I know they are just fine....
