. After looking for a while it's seems as if there has been no tomato extracts/flavorings produced (at least in the US). There are patents for such a flavoring though and it involves using mustard seed extract along with tomato skin and seed extract.
I've ordered some mustard seed extract, and have thought about grinding some tomato skins and seeds with water, boiling, then filtering multiple times (through coffee filters maybe) to remove any solids.
Anyone have any ideas for this undoubtedly "unique" taste?
*Edit: I'm being demanded to note that she's looking for a taste like v8..... lol
