Sometimes... just sometimes... a tactful conversation can garner positive results. I had a boss that pitched a fit about my coming in a bit late. She told me in no uncertain terms I was supposed to be in a 9:00 am ... no excuses. I said I would... no problem... but that I would also be leaving at 5:00 pm whether or not the job was finished from that point on. Typically, I stayed as late as it took... she saw reasonAt least people try to treat others fairly here. I'm going to go on a rant...because if I do it to my boss, I'll no longer be employed. I'm sick and tired of double standards in the workplace. Why some people get to work from home, come in at 10 and leave at 1 are still around, is incredibly frustrating. While the rest of us put in a whole day with no special privileges . I should mention that all the positions in my department could be work from home. Aarggg, I'm so frustrated. Thanks for letting me vent, I really needed to get that out. Oh, I'm vaping outside on my new sigelei while I write this[emoji4]

Couple more tips - get some 10 or 15ml bottles for testing- test a recipe first as a small amount so if you hate it your raw material waste is lower. Even the things you hate will teach you something. I like to get my PG and VG on Amazon since I can Prime it for free shipping, currently using Essential Depot brand. I use painters tape to label because it removes easier than adhesive labels. So me and the wife go through 60-90 ml per week (she still sub ohms) how much of each ingredient should I buy to start?

+ 1DO NOT just start picking flavorings willy nilly, find a few recipes you are interested in trying and then get the ingredients for those recipes. Some flavors are the star of the show and others are the backup players, you don't want to end up with a cart full of just one or the other. This doesn't necessarily apply to one shots. As you diy more you will collect more flavorings from each category. I usually pick up a few new flavors each week, especially now that I'm in a good place equipment and nicotine wise. I start out with the smaller sizes of flavors (usually 10-15ml) to make sure I like it. If I reorder the same flavor again I go bigger.

DIY is a much longer process to get good at than anything else in vaping IMO (I'm still learning a ton!). Start very simple and get 1 or 2 simple recipes down that you like, then branch out from there.
Here in France, Mother's Day is the last Sunday in May (28th this year)Mother's day in USA is 17th may? What the hell, everything is different for you.
Mothers day for UK is in march!
Sounds perfect... doesn't get anymore simple than 1 flavor!Should be easy to start with my favorite juice (butter pecan) which is 1 flavor

Only reason I changed it is I didn't have all the flavors in Flavor West, most of what I have are TFA/TPA, which is somewhere over 50 flavors, and I still need more. And all the flavors are one vendor which sometimes helps also.
*edit - just saw Burnie's changes... scratch that![]()
