I agree on nearly all the points here.

However (you had to know that was coming, right?), if I see someone doing something stupid... to be read as potentially dangerous to themselves or the community... I am not going to soft pedal the situation. I would rather someone get angry and disgusted with me than lose a finger or scar their face and show up on the nightly news as another horror story about the dangers of vaping...

It was not addressed to anyone in particular. Sometimes when I'm about to post something and I read it first I can see where it could come across all wrong & I have read posts on forums that I believe were not meant to be mean but that's how they cpme across.

As far as the manner with which posts about potentially dangerous practices are written, I agree with you. That's not the time to be gentle - the direct, straight forward approach is necessary.

I decided to go with a 1Ω dual coil instead of one of my protank coils because the PT coils are clones that taste funny if I don't soak in vodka followed by hot water.

I put one of these spacers on that I got for putting PT coils in aerotanks.

And then a PT coil rubber cap.

I'll report back when I actually vape on it.

I agree totally. Humour, sarcasm and all those actions that often need fatial expression or context to be understood can often come across in ways the poster had not intended. The folks in this thread are some of the most polite and respectful people I know and if at anytime you feel as though something said was hurtful or anything then I hope everyone feels as though they can address it directly.

It definitely works and I'm not seeing any leaking. Very noisy like Darth Vader breathing.
I've never used these 1Ω dual coils. During the time it took them to arrive after ordering, I decided 1.5Ω-2Ω is my thing so they've just been sitting in a box
