Come to the tri-state area and give our pizza a try. Cold? Absolutely.

Hot, cold, medium - it doesn't matter. Pizza is good, and that is all. :headbang:
This conversation is making me think of my two favorite pizzas…Uno and Mellow Mushroom…and I can't have pizza for quite a while. I'm still on soft pureed foods :(
Fanning your wick in public is frowned upon, but other than that...
Uh oh! :danger: :pop:

Hi to you, Fuzzed Bear! Where have you been hiding?

h00l, are you sure that's what's going on with BBV? I actually am not sure that's accurate info, but perhaps there's info that I don't (yet) know.

"artificial supply constraints"?? Again, that does not match what I know of this company... not at all.

It's an assumption but If it's not artificial supply constraints then they're running the company wrong.

If they haven't in all this time been able to figure out how to ramp up production whilst maintaining standards and lowering production costs and meeting demand then somebody needs to get a partner in business management.

They're leaving so much money on the table right now. So my assumption was artificial supply constraints because I'd be surprised if given the amount of time they couldn't figure out how to make substantially more product to meet demand. Many of the vape companies keep things constrained to drive popularity but there's a point where you've created the hype and it's time to meet demand. Bbv are well past that point and on to people just saying forget it. I know personally four people who wanted one and couldn't get and are now just moving on. Surely they can hire in more people to make these or ramp up production some how. And with their sales numbers and the speed at which they sell out getting a small capital investment should be no issue, assuming capital is the issue with larger runs.

I just can't fathom it's anything other than a lack of desire to make more of them or bad management. Sorry to be so blunt. I'd love to have one but I'm not playing f five warrior. At the very least they need to open the system up to lottery. Take a list of people and what color they want and shuffle it through a randomizer.

Also rat Black is by far the most popular color but they don't appear to even be calculating that into production runs. It makes zero sense and it's driving a ridiculous second hand market when they could be making so much more for themselves.

There are hundreds if not thousands of people waiting to get one of these things. At $350 a pop or whatever I just can't imagine not making more or coming up with a better system if creating the air of constraints isn't the goal. Their purchasing procedure makes Facebook lists look like wonderland.

Quite a bit of supposition here. Interesting.

h00l, I think I have some thinking to do about what you said, but for now, I only wonder...... had you been able to obtain a B Box, would your presentation be the same? Would it even be stated?

Yes it's supposition but it's based on logic. There aren't any real supply constraints for the dna60 right now according to evolv either. Btw. So it's on the production side. The supposition of consumer base is extrapolated based on their selling out devices in literally three seconds. The artificial supply constraint argument is also drawn from their reluctance to meet demand on production runs for their most popular colors. Why wouldn't they produce more ?

I concede it's supposition. Until we have word from the company or they create a fair system for purchase I don't think there's much else one can believe or do but pontificate based on extrapolations from fact and wonder what is going on over there.

If I saw the supply constraints the same way of course. There's no bitterness involved. I just don't care that much if I get one. But if the circumstances are the same whether I hit the f5 battle lottery or not is irrelevant to me. I'd just call it like I see it either way :)

To be clear myself and three friends would buy them if hey were available. We like the idea and want to try them. None of us will go brought piles of bs for vape gear

A couple of us woke up to buy expecting a sellout but when it turned into three seconds or when I had ore logged in and had one in my cart and couldn't complete my purchase cuz I took ten seconds not five. THat was about the end of my consideration.

I really hope they do well and I hope they can start netting demand. When or if that happens I'll happily buy one. Or if they create a fair lottery system I'll sign up on that list too.

I wish the company nothing but the best.

The clones are by SXK and they are being bought up left and right also. There are ones with SXK's 60 and 70 chips and there is an even more rare one with a Evolv DNA 40 and 60.

I got one of the 70s and it arrived DOA... LOL, I've never had that happen before but I'm getting full reimbursement. The thing was so well made (except for the DOA chip) and reviews are so good that I took it as a one off and purchased another one before I even returned the dead one. SXK is also making many of the popular bridges.

Where did you find the clone ? All I see is preorder. I think even the clones are selling out. If hat doesn't show bbv their customer base nothing will!

I've heard all the horror stories but I must say that I've not once had a problem getting one, dating back 4+ years now. My observation has been that many people spend too much time trying to update the world as to what's happening with the site, rather than remaining focused on actually getting one.

Never missed. Not once. I'm talking 15-20 times to date, and many were black.

I may just be lucky, and I get that, but that's a LOT of luck, given the reputation.

I hate raisins and personally feel disappointed when I get an oatmeal cookie with raisins in it. Some swear by it though!

Just purchased the Evolv DNA 60 blue on 3F. Bought my black 70 on 2FDeal a week or so ago. The clones go quick.

Whoa. Started out vaping 6mg subohm just fine, then tootling 6mg for the past few months. Decided to get crazy and bust out one of my sub tanks today and that 6mg has given me a nic buzz. Guess I need to have a little 3 on hand for when I'm feeling cloudy o_O
