It doesn't seem to be as organized as that. Generally speaking anyone can submit a definition and then it goes on hold while the admins decide whether to allow it or not. If it's approved then it gets added. It's not meant as an archive pointing to the origination of terms (like Know Your Meme), but more of an informal glossary for the uninitiated. I think the best that could be done would be for Kat Darling to submit an alternative definition including the origin. Then that definition would have to get enough 'likes' to become the favored one.
On the other hand Know Your Meme may be the way to go.

Well, Kat will have to jump in and correct me (and if I'm wrong, please do) but I don't think she actually made up the term, I think she just took and and ran with it. Though I haven't had any luck finding the source, it was my understanding that it was first used by someone who intended it as an insult, in a thread where he/she was basically saying that anyone who didn't vape at higher power was somehow not a real vaper.

Same here, and I'm having an issue with a supplier that I have recently started ordering from. It should be resolved by next week one way or another. They'll either satisfy me or go on the black list. It's a shame because they have good prices and they offer choices in juice configuration as well as many desirable flavors.
That's pretty funny. Not only the idea that someone could determine what 'real vaping' is but that you aren't a 'real vaper' if you use a vape designed to mimic the product it replaces.
Thanks Robin! Hmmm, not quite as insulting as I was led to believe by the couple threads I tracked down related to it's origin. With a little further reading, it also looks like @clnire came close to changing the name with our very own KD's encouragement. Instead of Tootle Puffers we nearly became Toodle Vapers!

I still think of it as MTL/DTL/TC. I know that it's usually 'DL' rather than 'DTL' but for some reason I can't shake the direct-to-lung phrasing. And I put TC in a different category just because it feels very different to me.
I know where you are coming from, but MTL and Tootle Puffing aren't always synonymous. Modwomping and DL are also not synonymous. Now Cloud Chasing, well, I would think it would be hard to do that if you weren't DLing. But it is possible to DL at low power, and to MTL at higher power.
Admittedly the majority of Tootle Puffers MTL, but it does drive me nuts when someone states that you can't MTL above a relatively low wattage and with a super tight draw. The power one vapes at and the style one vapes at are two different things.

Right. Those categories are based more on my own personal style of vaping rather than what I think other people do. I know that it's really more complicated than that.
The symbol stands for the sound 'om.' Simply put it's a noise that you can make while meditating. There is quite a bit more to it than that but I don't want to derail the thread. You may have heard it if you have watched videos of monks meditating on YouTube for the calming effect. Although this symbol is usually related to Hinduism it doesn't necessarily have to be only for Hindus. I picked it because I'm familiar with the concept that it represents and it's a play on the word 'Ohm'.
