Thanks. Actually I am familiar with the sound "om". When I was still working at the veterinary hospital, if we had a stressful day, the one vet with whom I'm friends and I would go outside at the end of the day, we'd both stretch our arms out with our fingers pinched together and say "om" several times as we lowered our arms to relieve the stress. She is not a smoker so that's all she could do while at work. The symbol stands for the sound 'om.' Simply put it's a noise that you can make while meditating. There is quite a bit more to it than that but I don't want to derail the thread. You may have heard it if you have watched videos of monks meditating on YouTube for the calming effect. Although this symbol is usually related to Hinduism it doesn't necessarily have to be only for Hindus. I picked it because I'm familiar with the concept that it represents and it's a play on the word 'Ohm'.
Me I had a smoke after we were done…it really helped more than om-ing. But I wish I had been vaping back then. Because I could have gone right back to work with clients. Instead, after a smoke we had to spray deodorant on ourselves and use mouth wash. What a pain!
