 Thanks pokemom you remembered. :D
I am glad too because it is a very suitable mod for me and I would not have bought one sight unseen because of the bad experience with the iSick 20. :smokie:
Those early one's were crap. They vastly improved with the 30 watt. Ivd like to have more of those, but they've not come down in price as much as even 40 & 60. I love the size & shape of the 30_

Here are my "dunce" questions. I have a Kayfun v2.1 which I love. This last time that I built it, the vape is really harsh. Does that mean that my coil is in the wrong place or that my wicking is wrong. It has never been harsh before.

Also, I have a v4 that I bought and have never used. I tried to unscrew the 510 pin so I could get to the airflow controller and now, I can't get the 510 screw to go back in. Did I break something. I've tried for hours and the sucker will not go. I really want to use the v4 because I am really tired of not having top fill. (I'm becoming a true lazy vaper). The v4 has top fill the v2.1 does not. I tried buying the top fill caps for the v2 but when I go to fill all of the liquid comes out of the airflow hole, so I thought I would just go to the V4. Hmmm.

I have the mini v3, but it is only 19mm and I like the look of the 22mm (and the juice capacity) better. Any suggestions? I feel like such a dufus. Sigh.

EDIT to ADD: I posted this before I finished reading the rest of the thread. Glad you got it fixed, PokeMom! Once you've disassembled a KV4 and actually got it to vape again you have passed the test for atomizer proficiency!

The V4 contact pin screws into a little square nut inside the deck assembly. Once you take it out it's almost impossible to get the threads started again without removing and disassembling the coil deck.

The deck unscrews with the tank inverted and the juice won't run out the drip tip like it does with a KF V2 or V3. That's one of the features I like about the K4. The coil deck can be disassembled once it's out of the tank assembly. Just examine it really close to make sure you know how it goes back together.

That contact screw is #1 and the square nut is #11 on this diagram. Yes, there are LOTS of parts to keep straight in the KV4. :)

KSD Vamo Box 25W looks like these folks have some
I can't believe you found that site! I searched for weeks before I found that. Have you ever used them? I'm leery of trusting a Chinese sight that charges $15 shipping. And it's the only place on the planet that has them? Too sketchy for me to toss $40 into the wind and hope I get what I paid for? Non functional social links and all. Just paranoid? I don't know.

    :p:p:p

I have been watching all the comments and I like it a lot (dont own one yet but close) the new brushed SS and the all black look beautiful. Hopefully all the others will be on special when the new ones finally hit the shelves.

The finish on the Pico is very nice, the stainless has a very soft fine burnish. It looks very classy, I think it will meet your standards. The all black is sweet :D

I know, I got that feeling after we "spoke" that you wanted to hold it and see it in person first.

I really like mine, as I said before. I hope that this is a positive experience for you too!

Cool, thanks again pokes, it is so far :)

No I have never used them.
FWIW cnvapesales.com is located-hosted in Scottdale AZ.
I see them represented on alibaba too.

I didn't find any dirt on them I'd probably chance it. YMMV :D

You left out part of the Question Dinger! :p:D:wub:

@juskiddin You dont have to use TC on TC Mods, all still Run regular Power/Wattage Mode with Kanthal wire.
Think of TC as just an added feature that's there if you want it(Which is what it is)..
I should have my new Pico next week...first one! Wanted to add to my replaceable battery collection. I don't do TC and don't expect I ever will be interested in trying it. I have some of the Eleaf 40W TC mods and have never even tried the TC part...just tootle along happily with VV/VW!

I think I've only used the Pico in TC mode once or twice. It's just so easy to use in Power mode. I think you'll like it :)

PS, I think the Presa 100 is a 26650-battery (unless there's an adapter?)

There is an adapter. Still wondering how wide the 510 area is...

    it is full 30mm across

a big chunk of vape equipment - I love it in a strange way...

For 32 bucks, might have to give it a go. Liking the 75, and everyone is talking about 24-25mm atties, so...
