I used 30. It works well and is easier to wrap and work with. Next time I rebuild a pod, I’ll do a little video:)
Good to know. I have some seldom-used 30g SS 316L wire. Sounds like it would be perfect. Did you wrap around a 2mm coil rod?

@Katdarling.....I do have a question about your joyetech evic mini you have pictured here. Really interesting me, its a beauty. But how is the bottom battery door? I've had a couple mods with bottom doors that slowly loosened over time and would spring open almost whenever you picked the darn thing up off the table. Give you any trouble?

I'm still here on ECF... sort of. ;)

THE Kat, checkin' in. ;)

Cosmic, funny you should ask. I am more and more loving using the "BME" (best mod ever!) Evic as time goes on. It is by FAR the easiest battery door I've ever used, and it is functioning perfectly since day one. (about a year and a half in constant rotation)

LOVE it!

I'm pretty sure I wicked the KFL+v2 around July 5 (I can't believe I didn't make a note of the occasion on my calendar--I've done so for everything else). Figured it must be a wreck by now, but I checked and it still looks fine (mint juice, vaped lightly, doesn't make too many demands of a wick, I guess). Gave me a chance to use the Kayfil tool for the first time, which I was a little leery of, so it wasn't a waste of time, at least.

Why I'm posting this, who knows.

I already asked this in the Provarinati thread, but does anyone know of someplace I could get a Radius's screen replaced? I have the replacement screen, just would never dare trying to do the fix myself.

Last I heard someone spoke to him last spring, and he was taking the summer off. Said he might start up again in the fall.

I have one that needs attention so if anyone finds out he is back in action I would love to hear about it.

I sent him a message earlier. I'll let you know what he replies. It's almost fall, after all; maybe he's already back at it.

Mobile Setups.JPG

@Rob B. inspired me to round up all of my mobile gear, and put it all in one place. I was surprised by how many I actually had. I don't have any pods, but all of these setups weigh less than 4oz (except for the Barbie...er, I mean Joyetech Batpack), fit comfortably in my front pants pocket, and are pocket safe. Those are my personal criteria for a mobile rig.

I also have a Joyetech eGo AIO, but I can't find it.

Standing up in the middle is the setup that I showed my (pretty much pro-vaping) Neurologist. An IMO 18350 mod with a purple KOOL tank.

Thanks again, Rob!

I recognize that purple mod at the front. I have a couple of them that I got way back. Yours is the only other one I've seen. Not bad little mods. Shorter than Spinners and wider so they were less likely to fall over. Haven't used them in years.

It's a Kamry X7. I used 'em back then, too. This is a "new" one that I bought when Kamry liquidated their inventory of mechs and other older models.

I'm not sure if many of you like the JoyeTech eGo ONE set-ups that aren't the Mega V2 ones. But just in case some of you may want the others, these are all between $13.64 and $15.29 for the full kit. Just the battery alone was usually more than that, IIRC! Some have various colors still available, some just Black or SS.

eGo ONE Standard Kit 2200mAh by JoyeTech

eGo ONE CT Constant Temperature 1100mAh by Joyetech

eGo ONE VT Variable Temperature 2300mAh by Joyetech

I've already posted in the Low Budget Shinyitis thread back about Aug. 11th about this place's Clearance items that are between $6-$11. But, those were just 5-6 of the items on their site at Liquidation prices. There are 2 pages of mods, kits, etc. that are $6.29-$25.49. Most of it is older gear, but there's some "goodies" in there, IMO...for you or maybe to help someone else start vaping.
