I had to remove a lot of Madonna hate which ended up with her speech about blowing up the White house on That Fateful Day when Some Strange Ladies in Our Society thought approaching the white house in these pink foam hats which made them look like a bunch of well, Ms. Piggys swarming Trump's gates.

I bet you anything he just looked right out, and laughed and laughed.... LOL I would have.

I was truly ashamed of the gender God assigned me that day, but I got through it without consulting a psychologist about you know, switching.

I try to forget, but every time Madonna comes up, well I recollect that day and cringe.

I also want to know ONE productive thing the march accomplished dude. Nothing. I guess Michael's and whatnot had a good sell day that day. Economic Growth. Just what Trump wants.

So yeah my earlier post was meaner and longer but the big M got where she got by being the epitome of what men desired in the 80s and then by reinventing herself and also stealing other singers work, like Bjork. I mean, okay, fine big M. She also got singing lessons along the way but her early stuff is quite painful. There is some song about stars where any time she hit a note correctly it was clear it was accidental.

But genitals don't have ears, or so I'm told. LOL.

Anna

Oprah still beats her by a jillion I think.

Paula doesn’t get enough credit.

She sang and danced, real time, in her live performances. No click tracks, no lip syncing.

That’s hard.

Not many do.

Plus, she was her own choreographer.

That is a lot of work for one person.

I get a little ticked when people make fun of her.

It’s like making fun of a miner for having Black Lung disease.

She has occupatonal disabilities.

Some from the drugs used to treat her, but mostly because she worked like a dog, and paid a price for her success.

Aaah don't get me wrong, I LOVE Paula Abudul, even in her befuddled state. She's also quite smart, invested well and is rather wealthy. I had no idea she had illness or injury but as a fellow sufferer who got addicted to pain meds WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING IT WAS POSSIBLE yeah yeah "Utlram, the non pain med pain med." Except. I also know what it was like to stop and it is AWFUL I won't take anything stronger than Advil now, plus like, I don't have a ton of pain (ALTHOUGH the implant surgeries were horrible.)

I hope someone turns her on to MMJ if she is hooked on pain pills for pain.

Yo. Hello, TPer's! (hmmmm)

One fateful day, I SAT on that toilet and I was like 'Use it use it" well I forgot it was not LIKE the luxury Japanese toilets that heat your water for you, then air dry you while singing a tune.

I LEAPED about 3 feet in the air as like, cold water from the toilet tank sprayed my tender nether regions like a FIREHOSE or so it felt.

Maybe if I'd remembered I would have been more STOLSICALLY prepared, but like, it sort of sucked, honestly.

FTFY. ;)

Big hugs to all from isolationville~

Well Dam, my credit card got hacked this morning :( I have it set to text me anytime there is a charge, and at 8:54 this morning I got a text it was used at sneakersnstuff for $400  I was only about 1 mile from the office so went to call the credit card company. In the next 45 minutes of me trying to get hold of someone to help me, 3 more charges came through, fortunately the security department caught that something was wrong and blocked those charges. After close to an hour on the phone, card was canceled, and bogus charges were flagged for removal, now to wait 7 to 10 days to get a new card. This is the card I use for my business purchases, so it is going to be a PITA for the next couple of weeks. Sorry, just wanted to vent a little....

Quite in here :tumble:

That happened to me right after I made a purchase at a Target store. I went straight home and by the time I got to the house I received a call from the credit card company. Someone charged a tank of gas in Atlanta (90 miles north of me) and made several online purchases in New York. All the charges were reversed and I got a new card in the mail the next day. Apparently, someone was sitting in the parking lot hacking Target customers somehow. Maybe Target had a wireless node in their network or the the thieves slipped a reader device into the checkout lane.

At least Nations Bank's Visa department was on top of the hack. I guess their computer algorithms caught the fact that I couldn't be in Macon and Atlanta at the same time making an "in person" purchase. I was made whole immediately and the new card arrived by Fed Ex the next day. The strange part was that I was in possession of the card at all times and someone was able to use my CC number at a service station. They had to have a card burner.
