I found I could out vape the wicking action on mesh. So, I roll up the mesh with a piece of silica wick inside it. No more issues when I'm playing choo-choo with the mod.
I tried that for the first time a week or so ago in my HC Plus, works really great.

Where do you get the yarn from and how do you set it up. I have been curious about getting some I remember people using it a few years ago if I remember right but kinda bypassed it.

it is like a $1.50 at wallyworld (320')
I guess its diameter at about 2.2mm so it fits perfect in a 2mm coil wrap (toothpick)
I would throw say 20' of it in a boiling pan of water to kill any finger print germs (walmart germs)
it just eased my mind...
ECRU is supposed uncolored/no dye

it is made of (4) strands, I would unwrap and lay two strands on as a 'flavor wick' so to stop leakage
other than that, just twist and pull it thru...

@Krisma

I do believe I have secured myself a BB to get on the first of the month. I dont know what to think other than im really pleased I have the opportunity. It comes with extra tanks and batteries and a couple of the Aspire adapters. I really would like to get a Sophia for it and I have a Diver 2 clone here I can use. I am not sure if the Diver will work with the supplied tanks I would assume yes.

I know that getting a hold of a DNA40 model would be the ultimate but that will come later I am sure :)

yepper, it did very well for me;
I LOVED the consistency of it, like assembly line manufacturing - again & again & again & again & again & again...

;)

:banana::banana::banana: That's wonderful congratulations. That's so exciting. I recommend using the aspire adapters first. They are so easy. If your diver works in regular tanks then you have it down pat for the BB. I was such a klutz at it but it was ok because I use the aspire adapters in all of mine and That way I got to keep my Sophia's for my favourite tanks.

Can you tell us about it. :wub: What colour.

Oooooooo it's like Christmas :p:p:p

Its dark blue about the same color as my Hexohm. I thought it was sold and the seller contacted me this evening and asked if I still was interested and he had decided to go ahead and sell it. I did not realize that the listing was taken down because he decided to keep it. I am pretty sure you seen it, you sent me that direction a few days ago.

I am really happy he got back with me. The timing was not right for me to purchase right away but will be my next pay day.

Whoooo!

Pardon the interruption, but did Tootle Puffers just have a birthday? Was going through some old saved pictures and noticed its sudden explosion in popularity was just about one year ago. Thread grew too large to keep up and I started hanging out in the News and Campaigning sub forums more and more... Back for a brief visit:)

The new ones are fantastic, but so are the older ones. They're different from each other, and each is special in its own unique way.

In other words, I think you did just fine with the Rev3, @rhelton - and congratulations!!!

ps: They make excellent complimentary companions to the XvoSticks. :)

Just be absolutely sure that the package says 100% COTTON. Many yarns are synthetic, and you don't want those!!

Imo, the explosion was in response to the makers focusing so much on sub-ohm and massive power settings, which was becoming the "new normal" for vapeland. NOT!

Kanger vapers, if you've never tried a rebuildable you might just kick the factory coil tanks to the curb if you try one. Kayfun made me box up everything else. In addition to the flavor and vapor superiority I suddenly found myself saving about $50 a month from not buying factory made coils.
I just wash my coils out in vodka then water or just water. Only had 3 coils that didn't work. Think I've only spent 100 to 150 on coils in seven months and that has been buying coils for new tops or new design coils like the newer Langer coils with cotton or very. coils etc.

Guess we showed them!

(And, with the surge to 0.000000001 Ω coil toppers, and 50 megawatt devices, the cut-rate pricing for "lesser" devices has sure been good to us! :lol: )

Dayum skippy on THAT! :D

Batteries and juice both last a nice, long time, and not even the slightest urge to smoke (which WAS the initial goal & purpose, after all).

Tootling to the end.
