On my EHPro KF 3.1's there's a set screw that drives in at an angle to the main air passage (think of two air ducts that form a V). If the screw is all the way in, it occludes the air passage from the main air hole and will just about cut off air flow. You can make it as tight as you want it.
Well then fire it with your index finger, problem solved.
Although your post does make me want to see a AL85 first hand now.
I swap pointer and middle fingers on my Pico for a while and then turn it around and use my thumb. The iStick 50W was the most comfortable I ever used in the iStick line. I think it had two non-replaceable batteries inside that made it wider to fit my hand.
I've seen new Picos with replaceable batteries that resemble the rounded trianglular shape of the RX200S. Those should be comfortable.

Yup! It's the Pico Duo, two 18650's. I have one I don't use very much( took it out of the box and put batteries in it) since I squonk mostly....at least for now.
My sister lives in Delta. Used to get beaucoup juicy peaches when we'd go visit... Good peaches out in SE CO, too..Believe it or not, Colorado (Palisade) grows some might fine peaches too.

The 3.1 has a threaded 510 Drip Tip adapter as well as the threaded DT. The little ring on bottom right is the adapter.
