I smoked American Spirit the last year of my tobacco consumption, I still have a carton and a half in the fridge. Why we kept them? Safety blanket!
I kept a cigarette under my bathroom sink in an ashtray with a lighter so I could just open the cabinet every once in awhile and say bad words at it hehehe

I'm Cajun. My mother and father were both Cajun.
I thought so. Thanks for reply.

Didn't the Cajuns come down to Louisiana in the early days while owned by the French.

My adopted sister was of French Indian (specifically Chocktaw) heritage.

Hello

My name is TomCatt ... and ... uh ... well I'M A TOOTLE PUFFER!

I've always been a Tootle Puffer, even back in the good old days when I was building my own box mods.
I vape strictly DIY peppermint at ~2.5 ohms and 6.5 watts. I've been doin' it since shortly after I started vaping and dang it, I'll keep on doin' it!

If that is a satisfying vape you're doing it right.

It's just
12% Perfumer's Apprentice Peppermint (3.6mL in 30mL)
1% PA Sweetner (0.3mL in 30mL)
in 70/30 PG/VG

If you use pure peppermint oil (I have), you use 0.36mL in 30mL - actually with the syringe I use to measure, I just use 0.35 mL since that's what graduations I have to work with, same difference :)

I've been holding steady at 5mg for the past 3+ years

No Cajuns are French. But they went to Canada first. Then when English rule went there they got upset and left Canada. I have my roots traced all the way back to Canada and then to France in the 1600s.

Hey! I finally have a stupid question, woo hoo! How do you determine the diameter of wire for building coils by the gauge number? I have a velocity style deck with 2.95 mm holes in the posts, and I want to make sure that I get wire that will fit in the holes, but I want to make an above Ohm build on the thing. So...should I be going for thicker or thinner wire to keep the resistance up and what gauge should I be looking at to fit into the 2.95 mm post holes? I want to tootle puff on my velocity style deck.

When I get to the end of this week, that's what I'm gonna do. Then every time I get the urge to smoke I'll open the cabinet and say "&$%#@^&%# you lousy cigarette!!! And Atcha says @^#%$@&#% too"

I should also say that I'd like to play with a dual coil set up that I can keep above Ohm, in the 1.5 Ohm-ish range even, although I realize that doubling your coils halves your resistance. So a 3 Ohm coil that would fit in a 2.95 mm post hole would be nice.

According to this chart. American wire gauge - Wikipedia
