Does getting out of bed in the morning count as exercise. I also just went and looked at the treadmill so I should be done for the month.
Well, I did get out of bed, got a cup of coffee (extra large) but didn't even look at a treadmill. I don't have one!
Oh, yes, nice to "meet" you @Delilah718

So I got a pretty nice surprise at the end of my work day. There's a guy that works nights who also vapes and his shift usually starts about 15 minutes after mine. So we hang out and talk vaping several times a week. He has been doing more DTL and RLH while I do almost entirely MTL. I always show him my latest toys and he shows me the coils that he's up to. The guy can make some really good ones. Well today he told me that he had something for me. We only had a couple of minutes between our shifts, but he gave me a box and told me that he had gotten a new tank specifically for MTL that he was into and gave me his RDTA. It's a Wotofo Serpent in a nice gold color. He gave it to me in the box with an extra glass and a matching drip tip, as well as o-rings and doodads. Pretty cool of him. He knows I go single coil a lot of thought I'd like it.

I'm not a fan of yoga. see way too many people hurt themself in Yoga.

if the instructor suggests only doing what the body is capable of then I got no complaint.

Tail Chi and Qigong are very good too.

Walking is perfectly fine as far as weight training if you have bad knees, I mean it's known to be healthy.

I'd also recommend yoga (you can make that crazy cardiovascular with the right kind of yoga, which one probably shouldn't start with) but hey, I have been doing yoga since the age of 18, so I'd probably recommend it to anyone. I credit it with my not having bad anything, (well, except for being toothless, LOL) it really keeps the joints and ligaments in great shape. Yoga IS weight training by the way you use your own bodyweight as the weight, in all sorts of ways..... I like it because you only get as muscular as you weigh, so it's quite proportional.... :)

But, I do an hour and a half of yoga most days except when I'm sick, endorphins are something of an addiction for me.... at least I'm not my sis, she's a marathon runner and also encountering the limitations of age.... I'm 3 years older and have had no injuries.... :)

I don’t want to rub salt, but I got a Provari in the mail today.
I have a Radius 60w I used a couple of hours......They're very nice, well made but I got the squonk bug so the rest of my toys are sitting in the back row.

Yes, I've thought about pull ups, but I really don't want to turn my girly chest into a man chest, LOL, and that is what would have to happen, so I think I'm good. I can barely do 40 "guy" pushups during my 12 sun salutations, the rest of then are the girly ones, and I'm quite fine with that, LOL. The day I do a pull up... though I'm insanely jealous, I just don't have the musculature for it, honestly.

For cardio, biking is the best... I used to bike all day on weekends in HS. I always know I'm gaining weight when I get those gigantic thighs.... That never seems to go away. I gotta say, I still follow the Tour de France, and I wish they'd just make a doping and non-doping league, honestly, and the athletes get to decide for themselves which particular path they will go down, although the French were ECSTATIC when Lance HARMstrong got caught. I always thought that guy was a major douche, but not for doping.

I think doping/non doping leagues would solve a lot of problems.... :)

As far as chests, I find that most of my clients have great dysfunction in their chests, in that their pecs are too tight, pulling the shoulders forward. Oh how I love to lengthen those pec muscles. Pec minor, specifically, such a tender piece of meat, from the chest to the armpit, or axillary area.

Whoop whoop, could I get any more stereotypical? Mom gets drunk on wine. And then orders the SXK prime despite purchasing hiatus. F it. I want.
