I had that problem when I first quit, stress was the hardest time. I kept one loaded with 36mg/ml 10% WTA that I Only used for the stressful times, then 18mg/ml for the rest of the time. After a while (a year or so), my normal vape worked just fine, and I even started cutting down the nicotine in steps. I might have hit it a little more during the stressful times, but I did away with needing the higher nicotine liquid.

But bottom line, even if you smoke a couple, think of all the ones you are NOT smoking, that makes you a winner in my book. :D
That's my thoughts on it too :) less is better than more

Stress smoking was my hardest thing to stamp out. I had no idea I was a stress smoker.... The last few cigarettes I smoked were ONLY due to stress and I found myself thinking, as I smoked it, "Man, this is horrible for me... Is this the cigarette that's going to kill me? I hope so HURRY UP, darn it."

I eventually figured out that I could simply pray to die without actually smoking and achieve a similar effect... But, that's also what my "special" WTA tank is for. LOL. I HATE STRESS SMOKING!!!!!!!! (Doing it or not doing it). Okay, I guess it's stress that I hate. But, I hate not being able to stress smoke, either! Although, I decided LONG ago that if I didn't stamp out every cigarette, I would be a smoker enough to ruin any long term health gains.

I'm fairly certain if my husband died, or my kid, I would go back to smoking for an unspecified period of time, but since neither has happened yet, I try not to think about it. LOL.

A person who hates stress has no need for "imaginary" stress... :)

I like to have a cigarette if I'm in public and feeling overwhelmed. I get really anxious in public place to the point of feeling faint

Vape mail today.

That doesn't happen very often anymore.
I can't remember my last Vape Mail it has been so long, I just have So Much Stuff, I have no need to order more, and my Shinnyitis sickness has passed.

All this talk about pod systems and all in one setups has me longing for a little 510 style stick again after all these years. Looks like the best mtl combo that fits the bill for me will be some E-smart batteries and Iclear 10 tanks. At 11mm a bit chubbier than a 510 but not close to an ego. I may never use them much but....

Yeah, I'm missing vapemail too!

Hey everybody! Got a quick question?
Just picked up my first Kabuki, the Titanium version. (diehard Nautilus fan here) I'm looking to get spare glass for it. Does the glass I see on Fastech fit on the authentic? I can get 5 on there for the price of one of the (org) quartz glasses.
Or is there a better place to get them?
Thx. :)

I don't know if this would help you with feeling anxious or not, but...

Years and years ago, I was taking Speech in high school from Mrs. Wolfe (IMO a terrific teacher). I remember her telling us all, that to help get over being anxious, nervous, etc. when getting up in front to give a speech...just imagine that the audience was in their underwear, and it would help us relax. By golly...it worked, though I do remember sort of giggling once when that popped into my head at the podium. :)

It's hard to quit. I keep doing a few days without one then getting stressed and buying a pack bit yeah your right really. Although I still think that some people do it as a hobby

I found my Aspire Breeze and am back on the 35mg salt nic. I still need that morning smoke but I have not had another today or last night either. I only use it when I am craving a smoke. It gives me that sharp hit in the throat I am after and that nice nic buzz you get from lighting up. Even at 24mg mtl in a Kayfun was not able to get me threw those times but I think I found an answer will keep at it.

I also have problems in public. Sometimes it gets to the point I cannot get myself to go get food or pay a bill etc. Cant explain it, no reason for it, but it is a thing.

I would say it does and I believe reading something about that those are a exact copy.

Before I gave my first lecture to a roomfull of people years ago someone told me to imagine them sitting on the toilet…it worked!

A few days ago I emailed RTD Vapor to find out when the AW 18350 bats might be back in stock. This is their response:

"Thank you for contacting us. We have not heard anything from AW in a while about his batteries. There is still no update on their production. We will be working with another manufacturer to produce quality button top batteries. "

I know 18350s are not used as much in other applications as 18650s so I often worry that some day they might be hard to find or very expensive. :( And they are what I need for my provari minis which I use almost exclusively. I need to find myself some extensions for them so I can use 18650s if that happens. And I would do that if need be but it wouldn't make me happy :(

I like a decent TH as well, Robby. The salts are said to be smoother (haven't used them), so that may be something to consider. Also relevant is your PG/VG ratio. Higher PG will also give more TH.

The buzz may be harder to replicate, as absorbtion is slower with unburned nic.

5% to 10% WTA really helps with the Buzz aspect. As you are using so little, the cost is not that bad. I like the Aroma the best (and I have tried them all). I found out the hard way, but you start at 5% and work up from there as needed. My head was spinning when I did the 10% in 24mg/ml liquid the first time I tried it.

One of the things I like about the Kabuki's, and I have three, is that it has never leaked a drop. (Sure some condensation, but that's fairly normal.)
So, there maybe a significant price difference, and maybe the reverse engineers got it exactly right. But, I'll pay the differential to get the authentic to avoid issues. I hate leaking, oozing tanks. I want to hit the road and slip something into my jacket and know I won't have a puddle a little later.
