Marvelous LITE and TINY O&A device, JC in Fla. I love mine. We've picked up quite a few at this point. :)

Next to a "BME" (Evic Primo Mini), and next to a "Jackie" (Jac Vapour 22)...

I really just wondered what the heck a "Goby" was. I definitely don't need any more mods, with the huge stash I have and 3 Jacs on the way. Also, my days of buying tanks or kits that use very tank-specific drop-in coils are over. :)

If I did need more set-ups...I'd likely stay with iStick 20W and 30W mods for out and about. With a Berserker on them, they're shorter and narrower than the Goby, yet have more mAh. I always vape at less than 8W, too, but 10W is the lowest on the Goby. However, I do like the look of them, and Innokin is one of my favorite brands!

I'm glad they're "right" for others though. That's another thing that's so great about vaping, IMO...there are lots of options for people to choose from, in order to find exactly what suits them.

Just posted on the Are You Done Stocking Up thread about some more super deals on stuff, especially the Efest 18500 Button Top Batteries @ $2.50 each and the Efest 18350 Flat Top Batteries (can use an adapter on them) @ $.95 each.

Figured I shouldn't doublepost the whole thing on 2 threads.

For me, the little Gobitty IS the perfect O&A device. It's teeny tiny and weighs like nothing! Size wise, it appears to be smaller than my iStick (30) in every dimension, particularly width wise. (which is about HALF the iStickie) :) Weight wise? No kontest! :D

The Goby, for me at least, is a "Purpose" mod. It has a purpose, and it does its job oh-so-well when called upon to perform.

    Vaping. It's personal. :vapor:
Tell me more about this little goby. Looking to replace my Spinners that are getting in short supply.

Welp, first off, like many, they ARE proprietary mod/coils. If that's a reason to say "no" to them, it would be kwite understandable.

They're wonderful tho, Fran. So tiny, SO LIGHT!!! So out & about friendly. But one has to be prepped that the lowest wattage is 10w. (works well, but something to know)

It's a money thing, kitty kat. I can't afford to buy a bunch of new coils.

Understandable, Fran, and to Kat's point, the very limited range (10-14w) can be an issue. It just happens to be where I live, so it's a perfect device for some personal needs of mine.

It wouldn't ever be a full-time use for me, so I'm changing coils about every 90 days. To be honest, it's basically what I use when I take my dog for her daily long walks. I like it better than the BluPodThingies because the vape is VERY close to what I get with a JAC & eggroll, but smaller and lighter.

Whatever works for us, right? While we can, at least (before we all get Gottlieb'd). :|

JC...have you ever considered posting the GREAT DEALS you run across on the Deals and Steals thread???

I'd thought about it long ago, but decided not to for several reasons. The PIF forum (where Deals & Steals are) has specific rules about what they consider to be "chit-chat" (ie. questions and answers about posted deals and/or offers, explanations, etc.,). Most of the deals I post about, and what to do, or how to get them...would be pulled off of there as "chit-chat". That same thing has killed off activity in the DIY Swap thread, too, though several of us have tried to get it going again a few times. Also, there are many more people who regularly check this thread and the Are You Done Stocking Up thread, because they're more visible. My purpose in posting the deals info... is to help the most people take advantage of them as possible. :)

Posted more deals on the AYDSU thread Saturday. Berserkers deals from 2 websites are available. Also...Health Cabin has 2 US warehouse distribution centers, and hardware on their websites is 20% with a coupon code, and there's a FREE S/H promotion going for those, too. Might want to check it out.

    Back to tootle puffing.
I have my share of monster setups, but 95% of my vaping time is tootle.
Sometimes I feel belittled when crossing path with other vapers, or entering a vape shop, when I pull out of the pocket a variety of setups, some cheap some expensive, all configured to work at 8 Watts with an MTL tank.
Also, some manufacturers haven't helped removing the tenths of Watts from some devices.
The other day one fellow vaper asked me what setup could achieve the same result, in terms of quality of vape and battery life of my Therion 75c.
I had the equivalent setup ready, as in the picture. Chain vape all day
    at 8.5 W with these:

Or saving on coil with this, a bit of eye-sore:
    154082266977453881611.jpg

But the most liked tootle puffing setup I had into another pocket was the preferred, possibly because of the unusual shape:

Good tootle puffing to all in this thread...
