Happy New Year.

I got this "sage" advice sent via my boss from a co-worker. "Do be careful to sign your documents 2020, this year. Othewise, if you just sign 20, someone could very easily change it.

My first thought was "I usually see the date typed on documents, that would requrie a PDF changer andd some effort" but also I guess, well okay, it's decent advice for....

What possibly advantages would there be to making, say checks (I have used 2 in the past year) out of date?

IDK who knows. But do remember it is a possiblity.

I'm just hoping I dont keep accidentally dating everything 2919 for the first month, like usual. I feel that is a FAR bigger danger. I guess some people are just organized. LOL.

Does anyone know of a supplier who sells a replacement battery cap for the istick Pico 75W. I have an old Pico that has been used for a couple of years and the battery cap threads are worn and it's hard to get the cap lined up and screwed in place.

I've searched Google, Bing, and fasttech for the cap. Looks like years down the road we will all experience battery cap wear on our Picos.

By any chance have Ya' tried some "Noalox" on the threading ? ? ?

Just A Thought . . . ;)

I did find these, but have no clue if they ship to the US, or what it would cost...

I've had some recent issues too, Dave, both with Picos and SWAGs. I'm now... (hang a second - I hear someone knocking).

Thanks. I'm back. I'm now doing exactly what Unc mentioned here. Noalox on all of them.

I have no idea if it will help yet. It may be a couple-few years before we know for sure.

Vapers, we.

The shop supervisor does not approve. I'm supposed to be throwing plastic cups for her so she can play with them and not bring them back. But I tootle on, and take pics even when the boss says "Pay attention to me!"

@Katdarling is it your birthday? it showed on an Aussie site

Funny, I was just thinking of you yesterday, when I went to update my supplies spreadsheet, and realised that I didn't understand my own SS after not looking at it for 6 months

On the latter issue, been there...! :w00t::lol:

On the former (treading karefully here), "In YOUR case..." :D

But, at the same time, I can honestly answer answer, "NOPE!" (from the seat where my .... sits).

:nun:  :D

(soon) :bday:

On a serious note, @Doffy , you (all) have been on our minds (obviously). Sending positive thoughts almost constantly, and hoping our friends are all okay. :(

Few close calls for some we know. Up to within 10 miles of evacuation zones. But everyone OK, with all property in tact to my knowledge.

But semi related. Why on earth did we all decide deliberately inhaling smoke was a good thing to do? Seriously, everyone is unwell with this

I've asked myself that very same question many, many times. Common logic says, "WHUT???" As Kitty would say, "Yeah, NO."

Watching daily, and will continue sending positive energy, for whatever tiny bit that's worth. Our hearts are with you.
