I have gotten excellent service and products from TW and will continue to support them. They do have some of the best liquid out there, I have 4x 30 ml bottles on my desk right now. They are also the fastest shipping to me and have never had an order take more than 3 days. Keep up the great work and no doubt your businesses will continue to flourish. Please reconsider and maybe return to ecig forum at later date.

Jason could be making the correct decision. JC isn't represented here and their business from all accounts, is doing well......

Totally agree. I would never want to deal with the "daily beatings" that the newbies are giving suppliers around here. Most of the problems are user error with atty's, ect. Personally I would consider never giving a warranty on Chinese batt's or atty's other than DOA.

Jason ... You may or may not know that i have started up my own little forum.
Well i have got a few members on from the USA and they have posted your links to TW on my forum as you seem to be held in high respcet.
I just thought i would let you know that their is more people liking what you are doing than not, so i wouldnt worry to much.

Agreed - slapping suppliers seem to be the new sport and makes for very tedious reading. I check the general tone of the post and then skip it if it seems to be turning into yet another rant.

Actually I have never bought from any supplier based on their being present on this forum.

I am sorry to say I haven't tried TW due to customs issues I have encountered recently and am only ordering from Canadian suppliers until Health Canada sorts itself out.
Something I learned from a representatives point of view to customers is this - a dissatisfied customer(rightly or wrongly) is more likely to complain about a company than a happy customer is to compliment a company.
I have a relative that screams foul and complains as loudly as possible about a company over any little thing and then laughs because he was able to get a free meal/movie tickets/unjustified refund etc etc. I have even seen him get customer service reps fired for a implied/unprovable slight if he doesnt get his way.
That is a worse case example but one I have witnessed in action. Most managers will give such a person what they want or as close as they can just to get them to leave with the advise they do business elsewhere in future.
I respect my suppliers and if I have a issue I polity contact(e-mail, forum PM, phone)them about it and I have had a great response and the issues were rectified to my satisfaction.
I am sad to see TW leaving the forum, I am hoping to try it in the future so that I have a couple of brands I have tried so that I can recommend to people.
    Best of luck.

Dear Jason, I am very sorry to hear this and you shouldn't let anything get to you, it's just part of doing business and people's frustrations and personalities sometimes.

You guys are where I got my first e cig and my first bottle of juice. To this day no juice compares to yours.

I had attys be dead, I had a few problems, but ALWAYS they were taken care of. Your company is awesome and the hearts are in the right place, so I do not see why you need to leave.

    Totally Wicked is Totally awesome!

    Please stay!

    Hang in there dude.

To be honest I think this is the right decision. TW has become to large to deal with newbies and their rantings on a forum.

No1 You have a VERY sucessful business to run and you need to concentrate on this and not the ebay / forum mentality of running each customer with 110% personal effort.

Good luck dude and you will still get my orders. Might have to pop by ya offices for a coffee next time I am passing on client visits.

    Hi Bob

It has been an exciting journey so far and your input into my businesses growth has been essential. At first i railed as you know regarding packaging, testing etc.

But your words of warning came to pass and we had thankfully positioned ourselves in a good place to continue. I am currently first hand experiencing the FDA in action and truthfully this is of vastly more importance than a faulty atomiser and a new poster who has apparently registered to trash T/W.

Frogmbathy well i just dont like him, he doesnt like me...I dont lose sleep over it.

So for now myself and Totally Wicked depart the forum..Not a big deal, but a shame. I will continue supporting the Ecig cause and fighting its corner... :)

I hope youre not referring to me..
I made posts praising fast delivery and how I liked the TW logo.
I have purchsed over $200 worth of stuff from you guys this past week..
We were having a discussion about me having 6 bad atomizers..
The last thing I read on that thread was about testing them with a voltmeter..
When I returned to that thread today..I see its gone and all other threads are gone.

Perhaps I should have sent you a PM instead of posting it on your thread..I had no idea it would cause such a problem..

Just my $0.02 but while I have had issues with TW they DO seem to work hard at resolving them.

This is a new thing and there are ALL sorts of PROBLEMS with it. If I was in this business I would probably get out and wait for a year. The bad batteries and atomizers HAVE to be a nightmare for suppliers (not to mention expensive) and they certainly are for the rest of us too :). Getting juice to meet the panic buying and keeping it in stock has got to be another headache of mammoth proportions.

IMNSHO, ALL the vendors are having problems but the determining factor is the ones that A) communicate and B) work at resolving issues in a timely and equitable manner.

The ones that work through those two issues are the ones that are going to be respected and still here a year or two down the road. Government / bureaucrapic mucking with anything and everything aside.

I've dropped several vendors simply because they appeared to be unable to communicate. I can understand a lot of things and put up with a lot but poor to nonexistent comms are a complete deal killer for me.

As for censorship, that idea scares me, but the reality is that it sometimes takes real work to sort out frustrated customers with problems and just the raw hostile whiners. Double edged sword...

I had been considering whether or not to purchase from you and any posts from customers had been taken with a grain of salt as there are always 2 sides(or more) to the story.

After seeing you sit here and fire back(something a buisness owner/operator should never publicly get involved in) It seems in my best interest not to.

There are bad customers and there is bad customer service. It seems to me TW is suffering from alot of both and My only suggestion is leave your comments towards those bad customers out of public view.

Then again, what the hell do I know... :p
