Heh, Fire back all you want tough guy...it certainly isnt helping you sell any product by doing do..if anything it is hurting.

You dont have to "back down" as you put it. The reason it is called "Customer Service" is because you as the buisness are supposed to serve the customer. You know, "The Customer is always right kind of garbage". It doesnt mean you have to believe it...noone does..you just have to make them think you believe it.

Totally agree. I would never want to deal with the "daily beatings" that the newbies are giving suppliers around here. Most of the problems are user error with atty's, ect. Personally I would consider never giving a warranty on Chinese batt's or atty's other than DOA.
Tpboles......I agree with you my friend...that one thread alone was left open to fester...one issue was addressed and it seemed that anyone who ever had a problem with TW jumped on the bandwagon. It does seem like the "Newbs are making the most racket, but a few of the more prominent members of our community made some comments also. I will continue to support TW as long as I have an active voice on this forum...whether PillBox38 is here or not!:)The Wiz!

There IS that :).

BUT there are indeed some customers that no one wants and if the feces gets too deep, well then, I can understand.

The vendors gets it from all ends and I try VERY hard to keep in mind that this is a new thing and it is coming, primarily, from China. Yes, I get frustrated too and probably say a few things that while not much in themselves, just constitute more on the pile that the vendor has to suffer, for that I will apologize.

Whether the "customer is always right" or not, there is indeed a limit to abuse than anyone should have to put up with.

Common decency seems to have gone right out the door with a lot of folks. I suspect it has to do with the IG syndrome - Instant Gratification takes too long to say...

Hang in if you can Pillbox, don't let the feces override the flowers :)!

I wasn't going to post in this thread. Well, I was, then I wasn't, then I was, then I wasn't... and now I am.

Jason (Pillbox) has been one of the true heroes and leaders of the industry. The steps he has taken in packaging, testing, and labeling have still been unparalleled by anyone else in the market. While not all of my transactions have been smooth (I've had quantities messed up, failed parts, etc) he's always gone above and beyond to make it right... because I gave him a chance to do so.

I'm so freakin' tired of people with their demand for 'instant gratification' that it makes me want to go slap their mamas for raising a jerk. I don't blame Jason for finally losing his cool with a few noobs who don't have the sense to use proper forum etiquette, or even simple common decency. It's easy to hide behind screen name. If any of you are like this in real life, I feel sorry for you. Life must be unbearable.

With the diminishing civility of the forum, I've considered leaving as well. My presensce certainly won't be missed as much as yours though, Jason.

Im not realy going to get in to this argument except to say ... If you are new to e-smoking and you want to know about Totally Wicked then you should type it in Pillbox38 in the search part of this forum. Jason has been on this forum for a hell of a long time now and has changed the way Electronic Cigarettes can be sold in the UK, making them safer to buy etc etc .... He has constantly shown his commitment to his products and has had to spend a lot of time, money and faith in doing what he is doing.

Well put Walrus !!! I agree 100% .. It's really sad that what once a wonderful forum has degraded to this point .... :(

It's a shame your forced into this position Jason , But I can't imagine what it's like to try and keep everyone happy all the time. Not a job I'd want.

We witnessed the birth of Totally wicked on this forum, oohh exiting times they where too ,new packaging , new shop , First to be CHIP compliant, Lab testing, consumer input..can you imagine doing that here now......... What makes it worse that the same forum and a number of it's members have made you feel this way..

Still , I respect your decision to pull from here, you have plenty of other outlets for dealing with consumers. How many other non ecig related product suppliers are forced to air their dirty laundary in public ? not many . So why should our ecig suppliers have to.

Fair Play to you Jason , Your happy consumers I'm sure outweigh the unhappy ones by a hundred fold..

I haven't been on this forum all that long but I have browsed it for a couple of months way before I finally purchased my own e-cig where I then created an account and started posting. With all that being said, I think alot of people posting and ranting on boards could simply be diminished if it were required to have "sponsoring members" be able to post to all other areas besides just general and if that's too harsh perhaps to have people who have been apart of the boards for a certain length of time to finally post in those supplier sections. That way people can be busier reviewing what's been said and done instead of jumping in on the bandwagon to post nonsense.

Just a thought :)

New people do get frustrated and there is nothing wrong with a little venting so they can learn along the way from responses but they can also be forced to read before going any further and while trying out the liquids and items they already have in hand before making a more knowledgable assement or input. This may not have anything much to do with this thread but now since I am reading a lot about rage towards newbie rants and such I just thought I'd throw in my own two cents on that. I still consider myself a newbie of course since it's only been a month that I've vaped and tried out an assortment of liquids. I still haven't had failed atomizers nor failed batteries to yap about. I have expressed frustration trying out some liquids though but I don't find it as anything major and I still order from where I order from anyway because I believe in giving any business a fair shot towards their products.

not sure what is going on in this thread having read all of if, going to TW`s forum and back here. my third e-cig came from TW england, no probs, second order no probs, third order from TW usa no problems, just waiting for cola from TW to be in stock, i did order from dietsmokes ( 801 ) no probs ( other than i like it and will need atm in the future )

so what am i missing as far as the ability to understand, what, is the TW not being good to people. i see if you walk in jack in the box with your macdonalds happy meal you will be asked to leave...

Reign>>>You think its all about selling products???

Your wrong it goes a little deeper than that...You think im not aware im am alienating customers??

Then you have a slim grip on my motives.. In the last 12 months this forum has been overtaken by bombastic posters who see it as a place to scream their dismay at the slightest incident where a supply hasnt bent over, given them a baseball bat and asked how far do you want to shove it.

I dont bend over and it gets shoved nowhere/...

Why do you need to constantly talk about how tough you are? This is the internet, everyone is tough here!

It cant all be put on the new posters. I have seen changes in the suppliers as well. You cant have your cake and eat it too. With this terrific product comes an overwhelming demand and it is the suppliers who are responsible for meeting that demand or lacking to.

Understand that I am not harping on you...as I stated before, there are nasty people who actually enjoy going to battle with a company just for kicks. What I am saying is Welcome to the Big Leagues! This is a hot selling device and the demand for it is just going to grow and grow causing tons of suppliers to fail and a slim few be the big hitters in the long run. As it happens..This forum is going to continue to be a large part of that growth.

My whole point in being here is...Are you going to let one negative aspect of this growing buisness make you one of the many suppliers who are going to fail or shouldnt you step it up further and be one of the big ones in the end?
