too much wick under the coil. and make sure your coils are tight. try bending your leads before you stick them in the post so that when you do, it doesnt stretch them out like that. right after you wrap your coil, line it up directly above where you want it without the leads in the post and eye it out to determine the best place to bend your negative lead. what i do is i bend it somewhat sharply away from the coil and then bend it back straight at the spot that will allow the whole coil to slide into place as effortlessly as possible. hard to describe i know but it keeps your coils as tight as they were when your first wrapped them.

Anybody seem to have a loose top cap (the part with the air slots, not really the very top cap) with the Troll RDA? Mine seems kinda loose and its annoying because you can misalign the air flow slots if you aren't careful. Plus, just to keep it in your pocket and what not, makes it annoying. My Doge is really tight around the deck, or at least tight enough. They do give some extra O-rings, maybe I should try those? Its hard to get the original suckers off though, I'm sure with a small toothpick or something I can do it. Just curious if anybody else noticed that or had the same problem?
