I ordered last Sunday and have been excited to try out the liquid from tasty vapor. Last time I ordered liquid was from Cignot and I have to say it was the foulest tasting crap I've ever gotten. The marlboro flavor was extremely "Sour" and tasted like chemicals (moreso than any cigarette I've ever had), and the 555 tasted like cigarettes and butter :rolleyes:... Anyways, I was googling "Tasty Vapor" to check the website to see what the estimated shipping times were and my order status, and I came across this thread.

I see people talking about getting multiple emails? I got an order confirmation but not one saying its been shipped yet, does that mean its not been shipped? When I check my order on your site it still says (pending)... Its been 6 days and while I fully didn't expect it to ship till monday or tuesday, I'll be out of liquid tomorrow sometime probably and am not looking forward to going down to the store on the corner and buying a pack of analogs... Especially since I've been smoking over half my life and I've gone 2 months now without a "Real" cigarette (I'd never been able to quit for over a day before).

Now I fully agree that every business is going to see it's share of whiners, and they're generally a pain in the rear... But, you picked a business that is going to deal with a lot of people that are going to probably be more uptight that your average Joe (especially those of us who just recently quit smoking) :p. (yes I'm the devil's advocate)

My question is this: how long do we wait before getting concerned? I see people across the country saying they got their stuff in a few days. I'm in the same state as you and haven't gotten my stuff and my order still says "pending" after a week. TBH I never saw anything on the website about shipping taking longer than the other shops.

I hope you don't take this as a complaint. I find it more to be a "concerned question".

Anyways after reading other threads in this forum (and actually finished readint his one haha) I seem to have had my questions answered. Good luck with the move, just got done with one myself and god knows its a pain in the ....

I thought I'd add that I do LOVE the way you have your site set up to custom mix your own flavors. I hadn't seen that anywhere else yet. Can't wait to get my order.

Yes, once you have 15 posts you will be able to edit.

I just put in my second order and had the same concern you did. Then someone explained -- go to the Tasty Vapor website, log in and check your account for the status.

Usually TV gets orders out in about 48 hours but they are in the middle of moving to a new and bigger workspace. Don't be concerned. It will be worth the wait.

I have seen where he in the process of moving.
I know for a fact when he's on his game he is very fast with shipping. I got my order to VA in 3 days after ordering.

You picked a bad time to run low on juice. Never a good idea.
I was told if you find something you like...............Stock up!

Worst case scenario start vaping the crap you hate.

Daffy: Good News is u are in CA -- May be just maybe there is a vendor that is close to where u live and you could beg them to let you come over and grab some...

And yes I know CA is a big place lol but I said maybe just maybe 1 is close... or maybe another vaper will see your post and lives close to you - you could prob. open a tread saying is there anyone is the ____ CA area that could sell me liquid today and let me pick it up. Hope this helps!! I feel 4 you.. been there and it sucks!!

I admitt I was a little suprised to arrive home yesterday and not find my order in the mailbox. Usually a three day turn around. So he is moving, makes sense, and here I thought I bought out his stock of butterum and he was out hunting the countyside to find me some more.

I placed an order last Sunday, knowing about the move but was running LOW (anyone else have that amalgamation of several flavors in one bottle that is the "emergency e-juice?). Anyways, I got the order in today (exactly a week). Even considering the move they are making, it is awesome to get it mixed, out and exactly what I ordered. Great Job!!!!!

Yep...thats me....a bottle of amalgamated emergency vape (Dekang Dr Pepper UGH diluted with Dekang Grape & menthol crystals) for when I wait too long to order. Might end up hitting it this week since the order I placed with TV on Tuesday just hit mixing stage today and still has to ship to the East Coast. I generally tend to order from suppliers only a state or two away, but if TV is as good as the reviews, I'll have to learn to order while I still have plenty of juice left. I hate the feeling of getting close to empty and wondering if I have to resort to .... logs for a few days.

Im definitely anxious to receive the Tastyfingers and AC I ordered...my only vape since October has been Dekang juices and Puresmoker Riskee Yuice.

The problem is with small business growth when word gets out that you have the best product at the best price. Especially in such a specialized industry as this. And what other business has the ECF type advertising available to weed out the bad vendors and idolize talent like Geoff's?

Tasty Vapor is leading the way in industry standards and we are all part of an exciting new movement! It's easy to forget that it's all new and there is no past experience to learn from.

Yes, I can almost guarantee that TV’s orders over the last few months are growing exponentially. Word of mouth is the best advertisement.

Geoff: You and your Staff are the BEST!!!!!!!! My liquid should be here today YEAHHHHH even with you being out of comission for a few - my order only took a little over a week--- thanks soooo much and it's arriving just in time - I'm down to my last 4 ml of TV and didn't want to have to vape that other real "Crap" LOL


TV ONLY!!!!!!! Got a customer for Life :)

Hey Geoff, I understand that when you are a perfectionist ( as am I ) even 1 bad egg can make you go nuts! Try as hard as you can to not let it bother you. If you started rushing thru all the orders to keep everyone happy, then I am sure some mistakes would be made and more mad people would magically appear! Just do your best, because that is what you do and all you can expect of yourself. I haven't got my first order yet, but I can wait as long as it takes for it, as long as it is as good as everyone says!! HAHA Just stay cool and make sure you get some sleep!! THANKS! :D

Well, there is no bad egg. I made a good call about the business decision I made. I just had NO idea about the growth potential and how rapidly it would grow. In business, it's pretty much all a crap shoot.

But here's the deal. Right now, my cell phone is NOT the best way to get in contact with me. It was when I was just starting out, but now I'm so inundated with calls that even my family can't get through to me. Kind of sucks. So, formally, for now and until I get things sorted out, let's try and lay off my cell phone.

It's looking like e-mail is the best way. Live Help is turned off until we can get volumes caught up.

We were OVER a week behind, now it's looking like we're 5-6 days behind.

We're training a new staff person, and a 15 year friend of mine Judy who has donated her time and energy to help us catch up.

We'll be moving and setting up this Saturday so we can hopefully make a seamless transition to the new digs.

The new digs are beautiful and will allow us room to move around. One of the reasons we've gotten behind is the volumes are large and are staffing ability is low as we'd literally be writhing all over one another to get things done. That isn't good. The new home for Tasty Vapor will add at least 700 square feet of operating space. Hence, promoting the capacity for more staff, which means more orders get out, and faster turnaround times.

I'm hoping to get a 3-line VOIP system as our home phone system and an 800 number that will forward your calls there and I can stop using my cell phone as an "adequate" way to contact me.

I very much appreciate your business and your votes of confidence, faith as well as all of the e-mails we've gotten boasting about our product (very flattering), and how we've helped people make "The Switch".

We're confident that this move, though trying as it may be, will allow us the capacity to meet YOUR needs, as well as ours, and spread a little more sanity around the board.

Love you guys.
