Does this mean there is still negotiation going on? The way this thread has been going it sounded like that chick had already sung!
Nothing is Final yet. So Yes, there is, in a way, still Negotiations going on.
But it is more on a Level of not so much is what the FDA wants to do "Right" or "Wrong". Or Good or Bad for Vapers? It is more does the FDA have Authority to do something? Or have they Overstepped it? And if they do have authority, will what they Propose to do have Unforeseen Economic Consequences?
I'm not an Expert on the OMB/OIRA. But this is how I understand it.
The Economic Consequences are only Unforeseen if you're blinded to the facts by political donations!

This administration has consistently demonstrated the intent to conform to supra-national legal convention. The NCPPR is a non-profit broadly free market classical liberal think tank and very much pro-American.

I was aware of 7 or 8 of the OMB/OIRA Meetings. But had not seen a List like this in Totality.

Those are not documents to be released Monday, they are proposals that have their comment periods ending Monday.
