Do you know of a Ball Park Time Frame when some of the Pro e-Cigarettes meetings have been Scheduled. End of this Year? January? Later?

Only rumors but have heard there have already been meetings with others. We're verified with OMB, just waiting on a date and sounds like it will be about mid December.. Keeping our fingers crossed..

Great to Hear that you got a Slot with the OMB. I'm sure you will be Very Busy getting ready if it is a Mid-December date.

Does this mean there is still negotiation going on? The way this thread has been going it sounded like that chick had already sung!

Nothing is Final yet. So Yes, there is, in a way, still Negotiations going on.

But it is more on a Level of not so much is what the FDA wants to do "Right" or "Wrong". Or Good or Bad for Vapers? It is more does the FDA have Authority to do something? Or have they Overstepped it? And if they do have authority, will what they Propose to do have Unforeseen Economic Consequences?

I'm not an Expert on the OMB/OIRA. But this is how I understand it.

The Economic Consequences are only Unforeseen if you're blinded to the facts by political donations!

Please take a survey!

Madvapes is committed to advocating for the vaping industry and protecting the rights of every vaper. As a company, we are taking steps to prevent the potential catastrophic effect FDA regulation will have on our industry. We are asking for your help.

In an effort to collect valuable data that can demonstrate how important our industry is, we are asking every customer to share their experience by completing a survey. We are offering 10% off your entire purchase or $10.00 off a TFV4 Mini for completing the survey.

Researchers worldwide have agreed vapor products could eliminate the public health hazards caused by the use of combustible tobacco cigarettes. We need your help to make that happen.

"On the issue of international control of e-cigarettes, Jeff said the U.N. agency is “kind of running the show now” because 168 countries have signed onto an international treaty governing tobacco control and are thus obligated to “implement[ing] the rules” that the WHO hands out."

Opponents of E-Cigarettes "Neo-Puritan" in Refusing Science and Logic

You're going to have to hit the link to see Jeff Stier's above video remarks on Amy Ridenour's National Center Blog. This administration has consistently demonstrated the intent to conform to supra-national legal convention. The NCPPR is a non-profit broadly free market classical liberal think tank and very much pro-American.

Good luck all.
