I currently have a LOT of mods.

I am thinking about either selling some (that I have multiples of) or trading and would like to add a GG to my arsenal of devices.

I have read and read, and to be honest, still do not understand exactly what I would need from the GG line.

I know there is a full model (or models?) and a stealth, which I think can be turned into a full size model.

I have read the Wiki page and a lot of threads and was just wondering if there was a simple, easy to read thread that explained everything in layman's terms?

I would be interested in a unit with everything included and would like a rebuildable atty as that seems like it is one of the major benefits of this type of unit.

Thanks in advance for your help!

I would think you're looking for a GGTS and an Odysseus in full mode. With this combination you have all options you can think of and it is vaping heaven.;)

Is it possible to get one anywhere but the classy's?

If I understand correctly, the main versions are nickel correct? There was a SS version as well that is more of a collectors?

The reason I ask is that I am allergic to nickel and would probably need a SS version. Can anyone give me approximate prices that I would have to pay for one in the classy's. I am going to sell/trade a couple of mods and just want to make sure I am doing the right thing.

If I may-
In general gg items from the classies are sold at or above retail cost. Some look to cash in on the rarity/un-availability of gg items. So why pay a premium for a used item? It doesn't makes sense on items that are still in production unless your impatience justifies the cost increase to you.
Mind you, there are good deals to be had on the classies occasionally. There are a number of kind members who will sell gg items at reasonable prices. But those deals go quick. Gotta keep your eyes peeled.

Well the VV add-on will be great BUT...we have to consider the kick as a worthy opponent.

GG Hunters...oh well..i hunted mine last week...and even if it is a below #300 did not pay too much for it(less than for a new one), so maybe sometimes luck counts too.

Not to sound arrogant here but the kick will not be a worthy opponent. of Imeos VV. Imeo has given us hint in the past about this

The nickel plated GGTS has been replaced by SS models which are now the norm

Trust me, the kick and all other VV mods aren't even going to be in same ballpark! Just saying... believe me or don't ;) it matters not too me... I can't wait! Everybody else is going to have to rethink their products

It may sound simplistic but it is the driving force for Imeo and a benefit for we his users. Imeo is not a typical PV manufacturer or businessman.

The whole GG experience began when Imeo was unable to find gear that satisfied him. As for the items we get to own and use, new or old, beat to heck or sparkling out of the box, each piece represents the best that Imeo aspires to with the GG line.

In short, there is a little of Imeo the man in each and every piece that carries the GG logo. FOr me, it simply doesn't get any better than that!

thanks. will do.

why do you say wait? is it because people charge more in the classys? Just curious.

I say wait because it will be new, unused and no scratches or dings. I have an issue with scratches, wobbly tubes and who knows what else someone has done to it.

Then again if you know who your getting it from that is a different story. For a new user to buy a used GGTS - I would not recommend it. If it didn't work properly - then you would think all GGTS is trash. This happened to a friend of mine when I told him to buy new, all kinds of problems, luckily Bruce came to the rescue. A GGTS may be dirty in button or battery springs - then it will get hot. Maybe o-rings in connector are bad, maybe the tube is wobbly or you get thread rings in the telescope, etc, etc. Thats why I say that. Know what your doing before you buy on the classies. It's a crap shoot for a new GG user.
