MX, I usually try new BWB when I first get it. If it's not to my liking, then I put it in the cubbard and let it steep for a week or so, then try it again. If still not liking, I put it back and let it steep some more. Applewood is the only flavor I have not liked for some reason, even after letting it steep for over a month. Maple was okay after a couple of weeks but is not a favorite of mine.

Thats what I am doing with the ADK..The color is deepening so the flavors are getting steeped nicely!
