Hey Guys,

Just an update ...

All orders from the 20th are pretty much done, 21st should be done by this evening, and the rest of the weeks done by tomorrow.

We apologize about the delay. We are pumping these out as fast as physically possible (thus the reason I have not been online lately)

We used to use click and ship via USPS and could pump out roughly 140 - 150 per day. We are now integrated with Endicia (took 2 days to get it right) and can now roughly pump out about 250 - 275 orders per day.

We are continuing to try and streamline everything. The bottle neck was the labels.

For those emails and PM's that have gone unanswered, we will be catching up on them this evening. For those wondering shipping status, you may not get a reply, because our best guestimate is just as good as yours. Try and base your shipping off the above.

Thanks so much for the update. I was getting pretty worried that my order may have been lost or something. 8-o Hopefully, since my order was in the wee hours of the morning on Saturday, I'll get the ''your order has been shipped'' email. :D Maybe I might get my new e-cig before the next tobacco tax raise. ;)

What about those of us who ordered on the 20th, and still have no product in hand. Are we going to be refunded our shipping charge?

The guy moves across the country, gets slammed with a bajillion orders on FRIDAY night, and you complain that your order didn't get shipped out by Monday am?

You realize this isn't coming from some big company right? Steve and his crew are only a few people deep. Filling all of the orders takes time. I can guarantee you that Steve isn't sitting on the couch with his hand down his pants or anything.

The shipping/handling charges are clearly stated before you have to pay. If you think its too high - shop elsewhere. Almost all of the sites have very similar rates. Order over $99. and shipping is free through Steve anyway.

Why all the damned whining from everyone lately? :rolleyes:

I was actually surprised how quickly I got my order--it looks like Steve n' the gang are shipping 'em out in the order they received the orders, I received my stuff Wednesday morning.

(Another reason for my surprise was the priority shipping--I know that 'over 99 dollars' totals gets free shipping, mine was close to 200 bucks, but I thought we lost the priority shipping when you got it sent for free. So it was nice to still get the stuff so fast.)

In all honesty, I get a kick outta those Kissymom-crackdowns... OUCH! Not even the avatar was spared! (Of course, I haven't been the recipient of a KM-slapdown yet...I hope I never am, either!)

HIs business problems are not my problem. And yes, that's what I paid for and that's what I'm complaining about.

I have no problem with the price. I have a problem when 2 day $11 shipping turns into 10 days.

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours via USPS Priority Mail, assuming all products are in stock (and unless otherwise noted)

2. The site went live on the 20th, how is that 10 days?

I don't expect my order to show up until Monday? Everytime I count it it looks like 10 days, What do you count?

Anyway, I'm done complaining about everyone's favorite son. I'll wait to see if he does anything to make me happy and want to purchase from him again.

Wait what? If you ordered on the 20th, 10 days would be the 30th, yes? Are you posting from the future or something? Personally, I think you've got the dates all helter skelter. I think it was to be expected that he was swamped with orders and shipping would be behind schedule. That's part of the pitfalls with dealing with smaller operations. What is comes down to is there are other suppliers and if you find it too difficult to deal with one, there are things you can do to rectify that situation.

That being said, be happy that you're dealing with a supplier that has a good deal of forum presense and is able to respond to queries directly. This is opposed to some no-name entity that sends you a generic form e-mail and takes days to respond with another e-mail asking for more information, then a few more days to respond saying they're working on it--- ad infinitum.

No need to keep harping on the situation with the shipping from PureSmoker when you can see that 1) You're not the only one, 2) The supplier is actively working on getting the orders out.

Not trying to attack you, just trying to point out that this isn't some sort of issue you couldn't see a mile away when the orders started pouring in...

Also, just to be clear, I'm not partial to PureSmoker or any other supplier. I'm new here but have dealt with three (soon to be four) different suppliers and they've all been great. You've got no reason to be pedantic.
