Update on Huge Weekend Last Weekend (March 20th - 22nd)

Did you go through the order process twice (2 order numbers) or did it just show up twice based on 1 order? If it's the later, your problem may be with paypal as they are ones who handle the billing and I am not sure if he can even do anything about that.


I'm not sure I don't have two e-mails with two different order numbers just two different charges on my bank account for the same amount, and wait, Hmmm I've been .....ing for how long as still haven't heard a word from anything. Ughhh I'm getting so irritated I am the most patient person I know as long as I have a reason to be maybe it's my fault I ordered on re-opening day, maybe its my fault I thought someome other then fellow consumers would re assure me. I'm sure Steve's a great guy but hey so's my OBGYN that doesn't mean that I would let them get away with no communication. If I don't hear anything by anyone tonight I'm going to be severely ...... off it's as simple as an e-mail "hey sorry it's taken a while as you know blah blah blah but were working on getting it out blah blah blah, thanks for patience" Just appease me please!!!!

Being pregnant sucks!!!:evil:

Oh also I still haven't received my shipping email even though the site says its shipped. I ordered Friday afternoon and have order #12278. Where be my first ecig? LOL I feel I am sitting on real spikes waiting for this experience.

if it says it shipped on the website, it shipped.

I don't know the guy so I cannot speak on his behalf, I am only trying to help as best I can. If it's just one order it's more then likely Paypal's system double billed you and he may not see a dime of the second billing. Typically what happens if the payment processor sends the request to the bank and somehow the acknowledgment doesn't get to the processor so it re-sends the request. Banks usually are set up to decline that kind of activity or at least flag it... Talk to paypal and the bank usually double charges are pretty easy to resolve if they are for the exact same amount and very close together.

I was double billed as well. 4 days apart on the 20th and 24th. I just noticed today and sent an e-mail this morning. We'll see what happens.

Also still haven't received my order and I ordered on the 20th.

Hello All,
Anyone and everyone that had problems with their orders or was charged double please Pm me and we will get it worked out for you asap.
Now sure why the sytem double charged but will look into it and everyone will be refunded accordingly.

Sorry for such a long and awaited delay for a response.
We should have everything together very soon.
