Did you go through the order process twice (2 order numbers) or did it just show up twice based on 1 order? If it's the later, your problem may be with paypal as they are ones who handle the billing and I am not sure if he can even do anything about that.

I'm not sure I don't have two e-mails with two different order numbers just two different charges on my bank account for the same amount, and wait, Hmmm I've been .....ing for how long as still haven't heard a word from anything. Ughhh I'm getting so irritated I am the most patient person I know as long as I have a reason to be maybe it's my fault I ordered on re-opening day, maybe its my fault I thought someome other then fellow consumers would re assure me.

I don't know the guy so I cannot speak on his behalf, I am only trying to help as best I can. If it's just one order it's more then likely Paypal's system double billed you and he may not see a dime of the second billing. Typically what happens if the payment processor sends the request to the bank and somehow the acknowledgment doesn't get to the processor so it re-sends the request. Banks usually are set up to decline that kind of activity or at least flag it... Talk to paypal and the bank usually double charges are pretty easy to resolve if they are for the exact same amount and very close together.
