Wait what? If you ordered on the 20th, 10 days would be the 30th, yes? Are you posting from the future or something?

No it still doesn't make sense. Nowhere on the site does it say it will be on your door in 2 days (USPS doesn't even give that guarantee), and where it does say anything about 2 days he says most will be shipped by then. This isn't rocket science.

There is a saying in retail that goes, 10% of customers give you 90% of your problems. I hate to be rude but, judging by the unreasonableness of your comments you are probably one of those customers that aren't worth keeping.

Before you go on about how big of a fanboy I am, I have never ordered from them and don't know Cash from a hole in the wall.
 
Well okay it's been exactly one week and it HASN'T EVEN SHIPPED YET. I would be fine if someone would contact me I mean it was nearly 100 dollars order that I was double charged for so not only am I completely in the dark as to when it will even ship, people are receiving order that were placed long after mine. BUT I'M 200 POORER and have nothing to show for it. I've e-mailed on website, I've e-mailed Steve directly. I also PMed him on here still nothing. I think this is my last go round with puresmoker I mean I haven't even had anyone say Hey I'm sorry were working on it. Nothing this is ridiculous.

And my order is here, and it's wrong. I ordered a Pilot Starter but also ordered Pee Wee carts for my wife's njoy Npro.

Well, apparently I don't know what I'm ordering so whoever at PS crossed out my Pee Wee carts and wrote "I think you ordered Pee Wee carts by mistake" and sent me carts for a pilot. Well, No, it wasn't a mistake, how 'bout asking me first before you change my order.

This experience just keeps getting better and better.

MOST orders. NOT: "On the occasions when I get 800 orders late Friday night I'll work 48 hours straight with no breaks and a pee-bag attached to my leg to get your crap in the mail at the beginning of the next business day".

MOST orders Zep. Last weekend was an unusual situation. Furthermore, I can tell you that for the large majority of orders, Steve pays $5.00 to the post office for shipping. Add in materials( cushioned envelopes, bubble wrap, inserts etc), the cost of labels, the cost of ink for those labels, wear and tear to the printer, and a little bit extra for labor costs and 10 bucks seems fair.

Let me assure you, under NORMAL circumstances, Steve DOES get orders out within 24 hours. Again, last weekend wasn't normal. Cut the guy a break.

Just FYI, I received my order yesterday and it didn't show it shipped until late Wednesday night. Their system is just backlogged, I would be surprised if you get your order today or tomorrow... :rolleyes:

Well I've never even got anything that said it has shipped even as of a week later, and no one will contact me to refund me the double charge? Can you see my frustration there's just no communication, trust me I understand being busy and all and being backlogged we own a business ourselves and I understand but when someone is having issues you do your best to get to them and no one has contacted me yet. This is so frustrating.

I bet you can't imagine how many people order the wrong carts when they are ordering new equipment. Unfortunately they "thought" they were doing you a favor....:(. Oops! I guess humane nature is quite a disappointment to you.
Yes, they probably should have asked you first, but they are trying to slam the orders out and as you see they did take the time to write you a little note on the invoice and not just send the wrong carts with no explanation. Now if you just take a positive spin on it, you now have carts for your Pilot! I mean if they sent you something way off base, like carts for an 801, well.... that would be just nuts! :shock:
Well Zep, good luck with your orders in the future and give Puresmoker another chance. If you let Steve know about the mistake, I'm sure he can get you taken care of. :rolleyes:

I said many times in previous posts I did not care about the price. I knew what the shipping price was when I ordered. I am upset about the delay.

Did I have any idea he was going to get 800 orders? No. Did he? I don't know. Was he prepared for it? No.

Am I the only one unhappy? No. Am I vocal about it? Yes.

PS may be as wonderfull as you all say in the long run, but that hasn't been my experience, yet.

Aw, man. That bites. Trust me when I tell you that Steve's a stand up guy and he will make this right for you. I know you've had a piss poor experience this time but you really are dealing with quality people here. I'm sure this was something they did to try to save some time (instead of emailing you, waiting to hear back, pulling/packing your order again, delaying it even further). They'll take care of ya. I have faith, you should too.

Puresmoker really is wonderful but I do understand your frustration. If you haven't had any dealings with him and managed to have your first order be when we all ransacked the store at his re-opening, I can see where you may be a little bit disappointed right now.

Trust me though, Steve WILL take care of you.

PS - I still think your avatar sucks. Sharon Tate was a childhood friend of my mothers. I was born two months after her murder. The child she was carrying was due at the same time as me. My name is Sharon -in her honor. Why anyone would place that sick ****s picture in their avatar is beyond me - but whatever floats your boat. He is an evil man and caused countless people a lifetime of pain.

Did you go through the order process twice (2 order numbers) or did it just show up twice based on 1 order? If it's the later, your problem may be with paypal as they are ones who handle the billing and I am not sure if he can even do anything about that.

Funny thing is, I work in a bank and do not fit in their mold. :) But I do good work (computer programmer/sql programmer), so they Tolerate me. :p

When I worked at Sony, they would call me Manson or Jesus.:|

Agreed. Steve WILL take care of his customers. A+ customer service. Like all suppliers, they are just overwhelmed right now.
