What shipping service or retailers is that map for?

Shipping service X. Nobody knows. We are supposed to order and pay our increased shipping fees and have blind faith that it arrives. Not good enough for me. I'll let someone else try it first.

Hmmm. That's where the map came from, but other sites have listed the same states. They are still using USPS. Nothing yet to distinguish the banned states from the allowed states. Anybody know why?

ETA: Could it be that the banned states are the ones that require signature verification?

    No, not signature verification:

Certain State regulations for online orders of eliquid require that Adult Signature Required delivery service be mandatory in the states of California, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Dakota and Virginia.

flawless new shipping coverage map starting tomorrow. If you live in a green state, shipping will continue. If you live in a light colored state, you are just :censored:!

Looks similar to ivapesupply shipping notice posted a few days ago.

    Just Guessing...

But I Imagine it has to due with Getting Tax ID Numbers and Compliant Licenses for each and Every State you want to ship to.

If East Overshoe County in Wisconsin has a 5% Tax on something you want to ship there, then you have to be able to Show that your are doing so. And for that you'll need a Wisconsin Tax ID Number.

Placed my last domestic US online order early last week. Not going to deal with iffy delivery solutions, especially since I live in an underpopulated state. What's sad is to see some vapers are even today just learning about the vape mail ban, as I'm reading on r e d d i t.
I saw that over there. It's like a normal day for posts over there. Eerie.

Highbrow Vapors is having a sale - but they are closed until April 1st.
I used to really like their bakery and fruit flavors (tobacco, not so much), and they would let you mix them together. Their Blueberry and Cheesecake mixed together was awesome.
But I don't think I will order on blind faith. Maybe they will be using Chinese shipping ?

And still no rhyme or reason as to why to certain states and not others. And it seems they are still using USPS, at least flawless is.

That's because, IIRC, the new shipping network doesn't happen until April 1. Supposedly (though final rule has not been released according to CASAA) most are saying USPS will become illegal for B2C shipments on April 5.

March 27 is when PACT Act goes into effect so USPS is still legal as long as you follow the rules of pact act, one of which requires adult sig.

Madvapes has already implemented signature into shipping options, $15.25 for just one item shipped priority mail with adult sig service (which is about right when you figure all costs of picking/packing).

Personally I made sure I was done before today for one big reason. I do not like all the reporting of buyer information that PACT requires. How long before the government gives Insurance companies access to it or simply has a data breech and its all out there for the world to see.

I do realize all our info is likely out there anyway but I see no reason to make it easy for them.

Take this with a grain of salt, or maybe a whole sack, but 2 hours ago someone posted on reddit that a vape shipment of theirs from China using UPS is being held with tracking showing...

“Your package is being processed for submission to the FDA or Department of Agriculture. “
    “Import scan”
"held in warehouse pending instructions and agreement”

This does not surprise me if true becuase as I understand it UPS, FedEx and DHL have their own customs facilities and scrutinize shipments way closer than USPS shipments are scrutinized.

I've heard the same thing. Did they say who the sender was? Couldn't be FT because they never use UPS.

GUYS! Please STOP trying to figure out who "Shipping service x" is, or the new "Shipping Networks". Yes, Blind. This means turn off your doorbell cameras on the day your vape mail is said to arrive.

If you see a black van and a guy in a hoodie drop off a package...ACT like you didn't see anything. We don't want the FEDs, FBI, or the FDA to get a sniff of the trail. Close the curtains! the less you know the better!!!

Seriously, trying to ruin the shipping networks for all of us? Who do you guys really work for?
