I read the whole thing. Not a word, much less a sentence, as to why those particular states. A suggestion, though, that there will more, (or less, but I doubt it) on April 1. Even though I live in a "green" state, I do not feel confident enough to place an order and pay $16 shipping. I'm glad I'm stocked.

True, 16 USD is a bummer. Thats like a whole pod. or 5 spools of coil wire, or 2 bottles of cheap e-juice. But much less in comparison to the tax on combustible cigarettes.

A few sites I revisited have already shut down online sales/shipping. When I went to calculate shipping it will say no shipping options to my zipcode. I did receive email notices from the sites I visited they were shutting down their online sales this week to everyone. I am guessing it's shop online for local pickup only?
That and/or they are waiting for April 1 when the new shipping company is supposed to start shipping.
Email from Hoosier E-cig saying they are closing their on-line operation until further notice. May reopen if alternative shipping really happens. They will be keeping their B&M sites open and intend to open more.
