Ok FT update ... They finally gave me an in-store credit for the destroyed package, that's all they offered because all items had been discontinued.
And come to find out my "lost" in the mail for 3 months package had been returned to them, reship or credit, I said reship. I highly doubt I'll ever order from them again.

Good to Hear you got some Closure on all your orders.

FT may String People Along sometimes. And at times it seems that you have to Fight with them. But in the End, if you stick with it, they will make things Right.

It's a Shame, because the Problem is usually China's Postal System. Something that FT has No Control over.

They're called SlowTech for a reason.

Well it took almost 2 mos to get in the latter of my post 4/26 FT orders. A pair of lovely Wasp S in blue and gold. Thought I'd certainly never see them. They spent 3 weeks at Customs in San Fran apparently for some reason we'll never know (they shipped as "Filters") but were released ironically the moment I'd kissed them off.

Seldom are the stoic rewarded…until they are.

Good luck. :)

Agreed, but, I didn't like the way FT handed things (at all) and that's on them. I expect longer shipping times, not ever several months though. I used to order from a lot of Chinese sellers back in the day, a lot, starting in 1998, so that was something I was used to. In all that time I never had a seller tell me it takes 2 months for a postal investigation either. And I would think the business would/should know if a package was returned to them before the post office had to tell them.

No Arguments there.

FT could have been So Much More Dominant in the e-Cigarette market if they would have just taken a More "Kinder and Gentler" approach to Customer Service issues.

I guess I spoke too soon about not placing any more orders. I ordered again from Sourcemore, a Smoant Ladon and the RBA to go with it. It's not my fault! @hittman made me do it, with his review and all! Actually I had been eyeballing it already, when I found out he had reviewed it.

I got the tracking number finally for my other Sourcemore order. It's still in China and my two FT orders are on the slow boat still.

Hope you have a better experience than I had with SourceMore. They're the only Chinese company that has completely let me down.

I placed an order last August. They got back to me quickly that they didn't have enough product to ship me. I wrote them back with a substitution but they ignored my email. I've written several times and they've ignored each one. Thinking about it just now I decided I'll give it one more chance and just sent them the following.

"I placed an order and paid for it last August. Please see below.

My order number 8/6/20 My name
    $88.07 Processing

You did not have all of the products I ordered. You did not ship anything to me. You still show the order as "processing." You still have my money! Can I please apply this credit to a new order?"

If I get a response from them I'll post it.

I did get a quick response from Sourcemore. Someone named Lucille offered to let me use my credit on a new order I'd put together based around an Abyss and its accessories. I'm risking another $80. I'll let everyone know if they actually ship it. or not.

From the correspondence it looks like they are concerned with their reputation.

Mhm, well I prefer to go to the store anyways, as I work and just pass by the shop whilst driving home

Yeah, but if I'm not mistaken you are from a country that is more friendly to vapers, no? In the USA, from reports I've read, vape shops have become places to buy a limited supply of mostly pod systems, so online ordering is important to us in the USA, which is the scope of this thread.

No, we have to pay tax over vapes in the future, not vape-friendly at all. It's going to be a $0.08 to a max of $1.20 tax. I live near the United Kingdom though, so I'd just use a train to get to the United Kingdom and buy my supplies there so uh not a hassle.

I know this was discussed before but will individuals shipping USPS like say, selling on the classies, be subject to high fines?

Well my understanding is yes because you'd be perceived as possibly enabling youths to get a hold of vape products. But if you follow the rules, no. The rules are in the first post in this thread at the bottom. At least those are the rules as they applied to cigarettes and smokeless tobacco today. I suppose those rules could change once final rule is published.
