US Vape Mail Ban - USPS/FedEx/UPS/DHL

While I paid for and they said they'd shipped by Singapore Post which is necessary for delivery to Hawaii, the tracking number they gave me only shows up as shipped by 4px but it does show it in transit. I guess I'll know in a week or two.
Yesterday I placed orders from two of my usual shops. Both here in the US. Mostly just wanted to see what would happen. It appears all is good. Got shipping notices today. What's really going on?
Everyone is kinda in Limbo waiting for the USPS to Publish what Can and Can't be Shipped.

Are you using both 17Track and Aftership? Make sure the autodetect picks 4px, or manually select it.
Both of my sourcemore orders have arrived in Chicago whereas my FT orders, 2 are still on the slow boat from China and have been for awhile. The third won't even ship until the 11th of June. I'll soon have my aegis legend and my Smoant Ladon though.
One of my Sourcemore orders has made it to Grand Prairie Texas where it was handed over to USPS. That's the last I'll be able to track it until it is delivered. USPS doesn't seem to want to be bothered with updating their tracking data. The other Sourcemore package is on its way to GP.
My Sourcemore order of 5/19 was delivered today. This replaces the order X delivery couldn't handle from a US vendor.
Today X delivery finally replied to my email from a month ago regarding my undelivered package.
"This may have occurred because the parcel had exceeded delivery attempts, or because the parcel was missing compliance requirements."
There was never any delivery attempt. The vendor had already refunded my purchase price of the item but I'm still out the $14 X was paid. Dishonest tracking info and total lack of customer service puts X Delivery on my one and done list.

You can get that back through a dispute if you used a credit card or a debit card that has the same protections as a credit card. Most credit cards give you 60-90 days to dispute any charge. Disputes are usually quick and easy to file these days online with most credit card companies.
Chinese nic base supplier, Hiliq, who uses DHL, has removed nicotine base from their product categories. The only way to find it is to use the search function but 250ml is the largest they sell in 100mg/ml strength. They have also removed their eliquids from the category menu as well. Those also have to be found via search function.
This might be a sign that DHL is cracking down on vape shipments. The only thing that listed in Hiliq's category menu that is without question "tobacco products" in the eyes of the FDA is hardware.
Or this could have something to do with their credit card processor. They lost Paypal a while ago and got a credit card processing account so this may be what's going on, processor possibly not interested in processing orders nicotine products, which is common.
Will keep an eye out.
Their Australian sites is still listing all nic and eliquid in the category menu, though.

Would be funny, if it wasn't. Why the public doesn't see this as ridiculous is beyond me. Lets make an exception for the one thing that caused all the underage deaths. Doh
