Just ordered a sampler pack of juices so while I am waiting for them I thought, "perfect time to clean some cartos!"

Did the boiling thing twice. Then read on here that to speed up dry time put them in an oven at 170 degrees.

Rather than heating up the oven for a dozen little cartos I had the brilliant idea to use the toaster oven! Good idea, right??

I guess the readout on the toaster oven is not too accurate! After 1/2 an hour I looked in to see all the labels melting to the cookie pan! Let them cool off and not only are the labels trash, but the filler seems to have shrunk to about half size!!

So, in case anyone else is thinking of using this shortcut, DON'T! Guess it's time to order some more blank carts, does anyone know when the sale starts?? LOL

next time microwave them

I'd like to see what the coil looks like after soaking overnight in PGA. Would you try that as well please?

Ok but I don't have any everclear. Best I can do is to soak in this junk:

Yep your our little scientist. Thanks for the great pictures and experiments. Good job.

Thanks, hopefully I can get a ultrasonic cleaner from work today. Have to do it fast since I'm going to TN for 2 weeks. I'll check these 2 soakers after work, one is PGA, the other is in Crest pro health blue mouthwash:

I tested soaking an atty in a mouthwash once.
It sort of worked, but I had to leave it there for a week.
