Utah is so crooked that they could already be voting on it and someone would be like "oh wait, I forgot something and then just scribble it in the margins"

I've lived in a couple of small almost-all LDS towns in Wyoming. Squeaky clean looking, but if you aren't in the church, you're an outsider. They all knew who was and wasn't in. Kind of a creepy feeling. Really reminded me of an old classic horror film with Joan Fontane in it called "The Witches". Great old film from the 60's about an english village, and most in the town were secret witches in a coven. And that's Wyoming, I can't even imagine what living in rabid Utah would be like.
I know the feeling. Years ago i used to say if i lived 100 years earlier they would be holding a bonfire in my honor.
Most if mg life i was an Athiest. Then 20 years ago experiences my first OBE. Then a few months later learned of Catholic Saint Padre Pio.
Utah, at lest the SLC area is a fantastic place to live. Great economy, environment, amenities, etc. The Mormon thing is very understated here. Only about 30% in the SLC area but the rural areas get to almost 100%.
@CosmicGopher - I bet you lived in Evanston, the Star Valley, Green River, or Rock Springs. (I grew up in this area.)
BTW-A jackmormon is an un-mormon.
I still cannot find any information whatsoever on how this ban is supposed to be enforced. It looks like it will be up to vendors but I can't find anything about repercussions for vendors shipping to Utah? I did a panic buy of 4 liters of Nic juice this week after I found out. I spoke with one of the largest Nic mfr's about the ban and it just came on their radar this week and they don't know if they will stop shipping or not at this point.

Out of Body Experience.
I had been. Meditating over an hour. Heard a soft pop and found myself near the ceiling looking down at my own body.
Thought i had dies freaked out a d was slammed in my own body. I had three other OBEs since then.
I was raised southern Baptist with heavy catholic undertones (talk about confused lol), I consider myself an atheist now. I have had OBE a few times. I attribute it to being 'more aware' of myself and surroundings, abilities and what could be. - no judgment.
