Wow, what a thing to happen. Sorry about the new rules your wife set. Maybe now after reading all about the battery switching on with a carto attached makes me happy that my new XL case will not allow me to hold my batteries with the cartos attached.

i like to refer to myself as a miniature adult. i don't mind being short except that sometimes male acquaintances seem compelled to pick me up. (literally, i don't mean hit on me.) i can deal with it from close friends and relatives, but my dignity suffers otherwise.

Noise is electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, radio-freq, high-freq, magnetic, etc noise, generated either by the device itself or within its surroundings. Setting the device with your cell is an example of just about all those types of noise interacting with the circuit and with the electromechanical and mechanical components within the device.
I haven't reversed a manual battery yet, so I can't comment on what code may be running on them. I'm hoping to get that opportunity at some point.

leaford, you love ALL women. but i gotta say, when i was in korea, it was nice to be 'average height'. pawpaw, it's funny, most of my family is pretty tall. but my great gram was also very short... and while i never got to meet her, i've seen hundreds of photos... and she sure did shrink plenty. apparently i have a lot in common with her, other than shortness, so it ain't all bad.
besides, it's good being tiny... they never seem me comin'.

LOL I have had "minature adult"
chicky friends and have seen this tendency exhibited upon them as well. In fact with them it seems to happen more often than not. It happens to me once in a great while (b/c I don't weigh that much) but usually only guys I know (and that are that much taller than me) will do this as things tend to happen to those that I don't!
I am also guilty of doing this as well to both male and female alike, but only to those that I know... and only again if I don't get hit.
Sometimes I wish I was shorter. At least it would be easier to find clothing. Trying to find a 34" hip with a 34" inseam is difficult when you're just looking for a cheap pair to work on the car in.

Prime example...Bjork...that girl is tiny...I mean like pocket size..but then you see the video of her attack that reporter for saying "welcome to taiwan" and it takes like 3 huge security guards to pull her off and hold her from going back and you cant help but think "Damn.....she'd be a fun date!"
oh, being taller would be cool... i'd love to test drive it for a day, at least. but i have some really tall friends and i reckon being really tall (as a girl, at least) has as many drawbacks as being short...
