That's what I thought too. I can't believe she was telling me how many of their customers sit there and smoke while on oxygen !!
I would be so scared they'd all blow up !

A 47 yo woman here died last week from smoking while on oxygen....= fire....and it killed her and her dog
This is such a problem....every year more and more people on oxygen are blowing things up or catching fire and die from such acts! It's astounding that they continue to smoke with oxygen!!! What's even worse, is that they are taking others with them
Yeah, it's not at all funny...like in the movies/cartoons/books...people on 02 should NOT be around open flame, even without their tanks because it saturates clothing, too
I think V4L and other vendors are planning Great American Smoke Out events...it's next week, isn't it? Even my born-again non-smoker DH loves the scent of some V4L products and encourages me to vape 'em while watching TV He loves Smilin'...er...the VAPE, that is...he hasn't met the man even though we live not far apart

Well, great...DH just told me there's no heat downstairs...that means that furnace is on the fritz <sigh> We have dual area heating so the upstairs heat is just fine! See, I *TOLD* you a trip to the basement was an adventure Now maybe it'll snow and I can ski down the stairs

Yes...the same bedroom contains the GIANT TV I complained about...so we can be WARM but subjected to sensory overload It also contains HIS computer with the smaller of the two sub-woofers in the room so between me watching a bass-driven soundtrack on the TV and him playing Deus Ex with all its sound effects, we should manage to shake all of the plaster on the downstairs ceiling off, too
