Thanks again, dear friends

You support means the world to me

I talked to him a couple of hours ago and he was, to quote my grandmother, still "as mad as a little wet hen"

That's pretty angry

They wanted to put leads all over his body to do an overnight heart study, which would have meant shaving his legs, arms, chest, etc...needless to say, that got a resounding, "NO!" But, he did consent to a drip so he's connected to an IV now

I have to say, his heat is in excellent shape and there was no need for the study...except to cover the hospital's you-know-what

He should be home tomorrow around noon
Morandir, I'm not nearly brave enough to do that...but the dragon count is now 2 for me...zip for him

I consider that "bragging rights" of the highest order

He'll soon overtake my little elf because he is so much better at this than I am
Waylon, yep...dreadful disease, isn't it? He says that air hurts him so that's pretty serious

Gout is a strange disease...similar to ar
thritis and yet also like kidney disorders...DH told me it is often called "the professor's disease," but for what reason, I haven't a clue

He thought it fitting that his occupation and affliction should be the same

I agree with you, there is often no rhyme or reason for why attacks happen...just to bring misery, I guess <sigh> You and your husband have my sympathy because it's incredibly painful
Again, my sincere thanks to all of you wonderful people

I felt your warm thoughts around me all
through the day
