11/04 Entry #1 . . .

Well it has been very interesting being back in Florida and trying to stay in-touch with everyone up NORTH . . . AND - I really like "hearing" that the majority of the people I know are OK . . . AND - Everyone here is still doing what they "NEED" to do to stay safe and out of harms way . . .

I find that the strangest thing is that those that have the determination to regain a "normal" life is only being hampered by the inability to get those who need to get things done done and that is what is the most difficult, especially in these type of situations . . .

What is really GREAT to know is that those that have more than enough are sharing with those who have very little or nothing . . . I saw the story of the only person that actually had Electricity in their area who ran a number of electrical cords outside their house and put up a sign telling people to "Plug-in" . . .

So hang in there everyone, that includes you too "gogo" . . .

#1 to me Daylight Savings Time is only effective at messing with my internal clock. I do just fine adjusting to the natural seasonal change in daylight, until DST messes that up :/

IMO - The practice of daylight savings is ineffective today - the US Congress just needs to abolish it all together instead of what they did by extending it . . . Everyone else in the World lives on "standard time" so should "We" . . .
