some of the china ones make the rattlesnake sound, not all of them.. and really, a 1 or 2 yr warranty? then if you want to run a 18350 battery you have to spend more money to get a new tube for it..... yeah not really worth it. yeah no thanks.... i will stick with the china mods where i don't have to buy the extra tube. and if one breaks. well i will just replace it with a DNA20 board.

So....back the the original question (lol).
Those are all from China, but they're all also GOOD models (at least the ZMax from Sigelei - I've heard iffy reviews of OTHER ZMax's).

If you MUST have a U.S. mod, then by far the ProVari is favored - in case you didn't notice, people argue about whether or not it's worth extra money, but it unquestionably is a great device.

Me, I have a VAMO and an SVD.
And I'd like an MVP.
And I'll probably get a ProVari one of these days.

Your point being? It sounds like your expectations for a mod to last less than a year are perfectly acceptable to you. I have far different expectations for my hard earned money and would rather not spend it on something in this price range that is literally disposable.

I hope the above was a typo, otherwise you don't know what you are talking about. Many manufacturers do not include a battery extender because that would increase the overall price of the product, and not everyone decides to use an extender, so they would be paying additional for something they would not use.

Few vapors have the know how nor the inclination to replace the inner components of their mod. This should be a service that the manufacturer provides; which as we know China doesn't do. Provape will service a Provari for as long as you own one.

I actually do have both. I started with a Vamo...it worked. It kinda still works after screwing on an adapter hoping the one remaining thread would bite enough to hold said adapter....it held. That means I can continue screwing 510 devices to my Vamo. In the event I mess up the threads on my ProVari, I dont need an adapter....they'll fix it for me and they'll do it quickly. They won't have to though. Provape was thoughtful enough to use a hard metal that would put up with the abuse a chronic flavor changer can give a PV. My threads are as tight and clean as they were the day I got it. If I break anything on my ProVari, they'll fix it. Usually for free unless I really hammered it, in which case they'll fix it for an extremely reasonable price. There's no sense trying to knock ProVari. They got it right. Anyone who has one knows it. Most folks who don't have one know it too but it would be too humbling to admit and it would take half the fun out of ECF. The debates are a blast!

That being said, I don't knock Vamo. They work, they're affordable, they look ok, they're versatile...they have VW if you're into that feature for whatever reason. If you're buying a Vamo, you'll get a solid device for the money. If you have 30-40 dollars to spend on a PV, the Vamo is probably the way to go. By NO means is it a 30-40 dollar ProVari though. I had all kinds of doubts when I bought my first ProVari...they're expensive...is it worth it....I could buy 4 or 5 Vamos...blah blah blah. After using it for a very short while, all doubt was removed. They're worth every penny if thats what you want. To say a Vamo does everything a ProVari does...true. They both heat e liquid. But so does a Bic lighter. I choose not to use a Bic Lighter to vape.

Some people are either just jealous, or they don't understand why better alloys, customer service, and regulator chips equals a better product. Warrent aside, you can get it fixed cheap and quickly. My pv from totally wicked can be fixed if need be, but I can just buy a new one for what'd cost to replace the chip..

Jealous??? no im really not..... i bet you have never used a VW device, have you?

Ok I will settle this the best it can be settled. My first VV mod ever after 1 month of vaping was a Provari. When I first got it I was not that fond of it. I bought 3 Vamo's in 3 months each of which the threads stripped out on and 2 of them were SS. I then bought a Zmax V5 and in the first week I dropped it 1 time on a tile floor and it never worked again, AND the company I bought it from (which was not fast tech) Would not even respond to my emails when I tried to send it back. As a matter of fact other than my Provari the only back up I have that still works is my original "Disposable" (or not) Vision Spinner WHICH STILL WORKS after 6 weeks of hard daily use as I am a roofer (like so hard most of the blue paint has chipped off of it) and 8 more months of occasional use. But now every day I use a Provari with a Vision Vi Vi nova tank. It has indentations in the SOLID SS bottom cap from me dropping it. I have also put a skin on it to keep the body from getting scratched. But I have spent more on the 4 chinese mods then I did on the 1 Provari for sure and the Provari has out lasted all 4 of the Chinese mods put together. You get what you pay for. If you want to buy a mod and be happy with it, never have to worry about bugs, or stripped threads, or any other BS. Buy a Provari. You will love it and use it daily for a very long time. If you want to constantly have to worry about not bringing your vape off of carpet floors for fear it will drop one time and be dead for ever, or even with out dropping be stripping threads and bugging out. Buy a new Chinese mod every 3-6months (if you get that I didn't).

Oh and actually I love VW I wish so much Provari had VW that is why I kept buying chinese mods. If the Provari V3 when it comes out has VW I will preorder it for sure. But I will not spend 50-60+ per month for a new mod just so I can have VW. I just assume buy Vision Spinners if I am going to have disposable mods any way LOL.
