For your 3.3s, you may want to look at LR cartos - dual or single coils. I like the Boge 2.0s on my kGo, and SmokTech 1.7 single coils - but, the kgo is 3.7, so it may be different - I don't think I have any 1.7s right now, but I do have a boge 2.0 that's I filled for Iron Monkey to sample Dragon's Tear - I just popped it on the LT & dropped my voltage to 3.3 - it's a little cool for me, but has great vapor production at 50/50 and decent flavor. I've been using a LR DCT (smokTech), dropped it down to 3.3, again, a little cool for my tastes, but the vapor production is great, and the flavor is decent but muted compared to even 3.7.

From Luvinit's post, it sounds like you may want to try a stardust/vision at 3.3 (trying now....) Not bad! Better flavor than the Boge or ST I just tried, but the vapor production is reduced lol I think you're going to wind up with some trade offs when your V is only 3.3.

I have the LR Stardusts on them now, and the flavor is good but, like you said, the vapor production is a bit weak at times, and they can be a bit finicky about temperature changes. I don't mind cooler vapor when I'm out and about, so I'll give the Boge 2.0 cartos a try. How about a tip for the cartos (drip tip, or something else)?

Nope, Glen probably doesn't qualify as the voice of reason considering he just bought a VV too ;)
I haven't really figured out how to keep it all sorted either - I know with atty is which, and if I pop a carto on a device and take a puff, I can generally figure out the flavor, but I'm serious considering buying some little colored round stickers, using a specific color for each resistance, and coding the bottles with numbers (corresponding # goes on little round sticker) - may or may not work!

Who me? I'm absolutely the voice of reason... I always find good reasons to buy stuff.

Like, what are you talking about? Like, I still, like talk like that....like totally radical!

Whoa! Dudette! That was like totally unexpected and supremely rad! I think it's time to load up the van and cruise the strip! (Yes, I grew up on the Jersey shore, and no, it was nothing link the TV show.) :D

OMG... please tell me we didn't really talk like that!! Like, really dude. I didn't sound like that! I use sharpies to write on my cartos.. yeah, it can wipe off if you have leaks but a silver sharpie for the black cartos and a black one for the stainless cartos.. it works really well for me. The little colored stickers don't work for me,, I have too many going at the same time and there aren't enough colors in the rainbow! And wouldn't a sticker burn on a carto,, they get kinda hot, don't they?

Like, c'mon dude! you Know you like talking like a valley girl (or just a teenager lol)! Like, OMG!

I've tried the sharpies, but they always seem to wipe off - but that's also on an EchoE carto, so no cone over it.
The sticker potentially getting burned on a hot carto is what has deterred me from trying it already lol Which reminds me... GLEN - yes, you need a drip tip for your cartos! They can get hot enough to burn your lips. Also, the aluminum & SS drip tips can get very hot as well if you're chain vaping - I really prefer the acrylic for lip safety (aluminum & SS have their places, and I do use them from time to time, but only if I'm rotating devices & then generally on the device getting the least amt of use)

Not sure if a dual coil will work that well unless you're thinking of clipping the top coil. The LT even has a hard time pushing dual coils (compared to the Provari anyway). My local store guy (he has a thread on the forum New So. CA Store, E-Cig City) allowed me to vape the difference and man oh man....the LT just can't match on the dual coil. I'm by no means and expert, I just know what I like. I would suggest that if you get a dual coil for your Kgo you might want to try clipping to the top coil and see if you like that better that using both.

That's what I've heard about the dual coil cartos. My brother got some for his eGo batteries, but he has the clone batteries that run at 3.7v, so they seem to work well for him. I'll probably get some single coil cartos for my wimpy eGo batts.

I totally did! It wasn't as bad on the Jersey shore as it was in SoCal, but we had our own spin on it because of the surf punks.

Hey, like where's my like button. That's so totally not cool!

Yes, Trippy Tips! That kinda goes with the theme of the thread this evening too. Sweet!

OK, I guess it's time for me to step away from the keyboard and feed the pups. Like, laterz!

I have a whole box of tank cartos that are dual coil.. don't like em on the KGO and can't use em on the LT.. that's a great idea to cut the top coil!! Wow, you just saved me a bunch of money I thought I wasted on those cartos!

So glad I could save you a few $$$$$$....God knows there are better things to spend it on than more cartos...like JUICE!!!

Evening My Sweets!!

First off, sorry Glen, I'm a 54 yr old blue eyed blonde (mostly) ;)

As to DIY, I had ordered soo many juices, and had always been disappointed that the flavors were just meh, even at extra flavor. Sooo, one day I ordered some flavoring (peppermint) to jazz up my juice. EUREKA!!! Now I was tasting really good flavor. Which led me to the DIY section here on ECF, which led me to buying a bunch of flavorings, which led me to making my juice myself. I haven't ordered any vendor juice since January, and I'm lovin it!!

In fact, I just ordered some Dragonfruit flavoring, cause you guys have me drooling over ECBlends Dragon's Blood, and I figured I could make it. Also gonna try to make Dragon's Tears, so please give me your input on how these taste. I'm figuring a mix of Dragonfruit & Sweet Cream, and Strawberry and Sweet Cream, with some extras that I always throw in, like marsmallow & cotton candy for sweetness.

If any of you want to try your hand, please let me know and I'll walk you through it. It really is a no-brainer & sooo much fun!

Smoochies :)

I'm getting nervous about it. Goin a couple thread this morning and it seems there are more dissatisfied customers than satisfied ones. One thread was even turning into a pissin match between one guy and badkolo. I had to leave! Almost like fisty-cuffs was about to break out! Seems there's a fair amount if fiddling with them which is something I did not want. Guess I'll just wait and see for myself. Gotvapes Phoenix Cartos look interesting too and are getting some good reviews. Might have to try them next.

And I still remain the token male. I should probably change my handle to Tigger, because I'm the only one! (boing boing)

I'm sure it's like anything else and it depends on the person using it. I always find those types of threads amusing because people can get so passionate about what they think is the absolute best (or not best) way to do things. Oh well, if it makes them feel better, then more power to them. :D

It's always the dissatisfied ones that yell the loudest! GotVapes has been my go-to hardware vendor for over 6 months. They are, IMO, THE most innovative, cutting-edge vendor out there. And, because of that, they always get a ration of s**t from the grumpies. I've always felt that if a clearo costs $5, that's equal to 1 pack of ciggies, which I used to polish off in less than a day. So, even if a cleao lasted one day, I'm still ahead. The new stuff always needs some tweaking, and you just have to roll with it.

Tiggers are wonderful things! :D

Thanks for the offer Cookster! I may take you up on the DIY lessons one of these days, but I really am satisfied with ECBlend - I've only found a few juices I didn't like, and it wasn't the juices fault that my taste buds don't like the flavor :)

I wouldn't worry about the ViVi too much Luvinit - if you like it great, if not... still cheaper than smoking, and it's worth a try!

That's just what I wanted to say to the grumpa** on that other thread! C'mon, it was 15 bucks, get over it!! I love gotvapes,, great stuff & the fastest shipping of any place I've dealt with. I'm pretty sure the stuff I ordered Sunday night will be on my doorstep tomorrow. You just can't beat that!
