Okay, so I know the hike to TWA is consdiered difficult, but I don't know HOW difficult. I have a back issue that is problematic for hiking (causes pseudo-clauditis); I need to take 10 to 15 minute rest breaks for every 20 to 25 minutes of hiking on moderate terrain, probably a significant degradation in the ratio when facing rough terrain -- haven't tackled anything serious since the problem developed, so don't really know my current limitations. Do I need to plan on making the hike an over-nighter? (as opposed to being prepared for an emergency overnighter).
I do recall it being difficult... it's steep and it took some bushwhacking at times. There's no distinct trail, probably because it is difficult, If you've seen the site from the tram. it's not the most hospitable overnight locale... if you ever hiked La Luz and found it difficult (even with it's steep switchbacks, elevation gain, well-worn and obvious trail) then TWA will be more difficult IMO. I don't know your limitations, but I wouldn't recommend finding out on this route
