I'm actually curious why, other than their obvious beauty (they are visually kick@$$) people want to use your tips. Please, please, please don't take that the wrong way! I want to know if there's a functionality difference between tips of different materials.

I think the major factor is asthetics. Honestly, metals are not my favorite material for drip tips. I've gotten to a point that I just want something that looks great and isn't exactly like all the others.
I'm sure there are others who simply prefer the material.

Never menial.. Everything is great input. I can't do much with rubber, I have also been debating doing black/white Delrin(plastic) tips, maybe even machinable lexan or something similar.. Would that be more inline with what you are use to?

I love doing titanium, but if I can do a few other materials and make even more people happy then I'm game for it. So, keep the feedback coming... Tips from LEAD FREE naval brass, copper, Delrin, lexan.. Let me know your thoughts all...

the titanium I use is medical implant grade so I hope you wouldn't have a problem with it.. Hahah. No Copper is implant grade, but what I use is food grade, same thing used in copper pots and pans, so it's safe for contact and long term exposure. Most brass has lead in it, the brass I use is LEAD FREE naval brass and I confirm this with the material data sheet after testing, so it's safe... But I hear you, with so many things out there with unknown materials in them if be worried too.

Then again if you are using a chrome plated atty or cartomizer there are much more questionable things in there.. I've pulled apart cartomizers (in the past) and found melted plastic on wires, burned poly filler, and super glue holding things in place. These days I'm overly safe if anything and I wouldn't sell anything that had questionable materials in it. In other words, I wouldn't sell something I wouldn't use myself, and I'm quite "tin foil hat" about it haha

Your not lying about your finds in cartos..I had to take them apart and see what was in them when I first started vaping and I didn't like what I found...I had to ask myself how is this safer then smoking...then I learned that you have to know what materials your using beforehand....that's the best way to stay safe!

I'd be happy to! I alternate atties, but all (that I use daily) are genesis at this point. I very frequently use 2 custom designed titanium atties, second most used are my 2 Titanium Bliss atties, and really thats the majority for daily use. I've been working on a genesis style drip atty for myself for testing juices and you guessed it, its titanium I have a bunch of other atties for testing connections etc, but they honestly dont see the light of day much.

There will be plenty of customers all in for both brass and copper.....especially if you post the MSDS.....I'm one of those who would be interested just based on your word. Heck, I'm looking forward to a full hybrid brass device I'm on the list for.....the modder, like yourself, is up front and fully discloses facts about the brass he uses. Information sets the minds of most at ease, there will be others who will say no way just based of others who have an opinion it's unsafe and they trust that person regardless of whether that person is misinformed of certain material details being used by certain modders.....they take the better to stay away, just in case stance, than being open to facts and fully disclosed info.

May I ask what that beautiful atomizer is? ITs amazing. Im awestruck. I am hoping that after I get my Super-T ELA, i can have some sort of custom lines like those on the top part of the atomizer added to my Odysseus tank to make it match.

That Poldiac PV is one of the most beautiful out there. I am having a case of MOD envy

For tips or a rebuildable? Tips, just get a decent stainless one. It should be about $5 + shipping from any retailer that sells mass produced tips. For rebuildables look for stainless body and a glass tank. I'm unsure what's inexpensive and meets that at the moment. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Crazy awesome! Leave it to doc Dave to make some fantastic crazy atty.. I love his stuff.. I have a few bliss TIs and one adorns my TI wizard, another perfect combo.

Rebuildable is whet you make a wick and coil. It takes a little learning but once you get the hang of it, it works better, is cheaper, and you know exactly what's in it.

MLT910, all cartomizer, atomizers have a part that heats up a wick of some sort. SOme are inside and you cant see it, like in a cartomizer. There are tiny wires heating up a wick of some sort under all the filler that holds about 30-50 drops of juice. You need to keep the filler wet so the filler does not burn dry.

Then there are simple atomizers that look like the cartomizer in size and shape that you drip your juice in drops at a time.

Both of those are considered disposable as they have a short life span. Some can get a couple days to a couple weeks of use from a cartomizer. Some atomizers can be used for months with care and cleaning properly.

Then there are rebuildables. These are either drip rebuildables and others are designed with a tank to hold juice. THese both have a atomizer head of some sort and you either simply replace the head ( coil and wick) for a new one or you actually take some sort of wick and wrap wires around it and use. You can rebuild them for its lifetime. Many people like this as they can adjust the resistance to how they like to vape, be it cool, warm, hot, and hotter.

This is a very simplified explanation, and there are many types ranging from 15.00 to 200.00 and up. IE. the one in the above posts, that is a customized advanced rebuildable. It more like 300.00 or more. You do not need such a device, most really dont need it, but many WANT it because it is rare and just plain amazing and a work of art. Also an investment. The vaping world has a certain class of enthusiasts equal the the world of art and gun collecting.

The main thing is to get yourself comfortable and having fun while doing something healthier than smoking. Enjoy and dont let anyone pressure you into using devices for any reason but your enjoyment.

And one more thing, the best atomizer and or PV is the one that YOU can actually use in comfort and ease.
