hi was just wondering if any body vapes while taking anti depressants or psych meds. have you noticed any differences since vaping ? im just asking to see how people feel about this matter, I personally have to take a few different medications for my schizophrenia and depression.

I think it would be best to discuss this with the doctors that prescribed your medications.
Then run it by an old school pharmacist that may know more about drug interactions.

I take Hydroxyzine HCL for anxiety. I've been on them for about 2 months with no problems. I take low dose pills just to keep me calm and not freak out on people. I'm hoping to be off them soon but I worry that I'll worry about worrying about it. Anxiety sucks.
I've read a number of studies regarding smoking and mental health. I'd speak with your mental health professional if you have quit smoking or were a non-smoker that is now vaping with nicotine to see if they have any advice.

I've got a bad case of generalized anxiety disorder and have been on Klonopin for a long time now. I haven't noticed any bad effects from vaping. If anything I rely on it too much maybe.

I vape and it relaxes me. My doc is good with me using nicotine in whatever manner I feel like.

I take nothing but am depressed out of my mind. Anti depressants only serve to increase anxiety after tolerance is achieved. I am not getting on the never ending psycho cocktail band wagon. Good luck.
Not a definitive expert, but if you are or were smoking or using tobacco before beginning vaping without any adverse affects from the nicotine in tobacco, I do not see why it would be any different with vaping. However you might search on studies of effects/counter-effects tobacco or nicotine use pertaining to your specific medications would shed more light on if vaping nicotine will do the same.
yes anxiety does suck, I take clozapine, resperidone and clomipramine. but vaping is nice if your having anxiety. if your in a group of people you can break free and go vape somewhere in peace.
I'm sorry you are unwell, but there is no correlation between vaping and antidepressants that I can imagine.
I vaped whilst taking these, It didnt affect this medication in any way and I was on the highest dose 200mg.
