In Sask' it is illegal to smoke while driving if you have a passenger under the age of 16 in the vehicle, so I could possibly get a ticket for vaping whith the kids in the back.
I usually sneak vapes off my Boge rev' while driving so i doubt I will ever get noticed, although it could be confused for a walkie-talkie from a distance.

Thanks for all the good advice:)

I have filed for a court appearance and I hope that the reasonable doubt approach will be helpful. I think it will take months for the case to get to court and I doubt the officer will remember the details.

I'm glad the police take distracted driving seriously because I see too many people out there behind the wheel without a clue as to what they are doing due to a cellphone. I think the laws, which state it is illegal to hold a device do not allow the accused a fair trial. The vast majority of people holding a cell phone would call, use data, or send a text, so let them prove in court they did not transmit data at the time of the offence.

A good question is whether vaping and driving is an offence. While it is not illegal to smoke and drive, it is illegal to hold an electronic device; is a PV classified as such?

I just got a silver eGo-c to replace my black PV, which resembles my cell phone. Maybe I should get a low res variable voltage monster that will fog up a car in seconds; they'd never see anything!

Happy vaping:vapor:
