Dropped my VF today on a concrete floor. Doh. Dented the bottom edge. Need to see if it's screwed up the battery compartment opening. Well, at least I'll always know which is mine...
Well obviously you're right and the owner of the company is wrong. I'm sure if you contacted him personally, and called him a liar to his face, he would give you a full refund and ask you politely to buy someone else's merchandise.

You've got it wrong. It's not what I say, it's what they say. If you read my previous post he said if both buttons were the same that that was the irregularity. And if you think because something cost $300 or thousands of dollars that there won't be some irregularities then you're sadly mistaken. No one mass produces anything that is 100% perfect.
And you do realize that Vapor Flask is a new company and has only been selling mods for a matter of months, right?
Ouch! Sounds like you are taking it better then I would have.
I too work in a machine shop, specifically i mill steel on CNC on a daily basis. An engraving tool alone, one that doesnt suck, can run any where from 200-500 dollars not including indexable carbide inserts and reliable tool holder. Running on machine that costs roughly $150,000. So the costs are very real.
Plus, machining from a single block is much more challenging and involved than say a 3 or 4 piece design.
Anyone who says something is just a huge profit margin or is ripping people off or whatever, needs to ask themselves: "could i do this myself"? If the answer is NO, then chances are it is usually priced according to over head costs, plus some profit.
Does anyone have the best email or contact information for Vapor Flask to discuss repairs with them?
Thanks
I just got my Vapor Flask back. I sent in a DNA30 version 2 flask. I got back a upgraded DNA40. Now I have to figure out how to use it. Do I need to adjust temp at all?
Well, I just pulled the trigger on a Flask tonight. Vapinart had silver ones left, so I decided to snag one! I realize that I am rolling the dice on whether the board will be good or not, but it's a chance I am willing to take! I have a Vaporshark rDNA 30, but this will be my first DNA 40 mod....very excited! I trust that VF will take are of me if there are any issues with the mod, but hopefully all will be well!
I will be sure to report back when I get the mod and give my impressions....

Now buy two matching batteries he2 or vtc5 are good choices... The Samsung aren't bad and all fit the flask
Samsung 25R's do not fit from my experience. I have a total of 6 of them and none fit my flask.
