Most of it's listed earlier in this thread.
Scratch on the logo, 3 of the hex head screws on the top were rounded out like they were cranked down on too hard, uneven top plate, marring on the battery covers from someone using too small of a screwdriver to open them, 510 adapter that I had to struggle to screw a Heron onto (the Heron fits any other mod perfectly), some weird behavior with the chip itself.
Also the flimsy feeling USB port, uneven buttons and battery holes that are just too small. Brand new LGHE2's that had to be worked a bit to get them slid in.
If the uneven buttons are "by design" then why are some flask's top button out further and others it's the bottom button that sticks out?
I honestly think I got sent someone else's flask that had been returned. I've never had a high end mod arrive looking like this.
If the flask was sub $150 or a clone then I wouldn't have had any problem...well other than I don't do clones.
I paid for a Porsche and feel like I got a VW
Yeah, for the price paid you should be ooooing and ahhhing at the quality.......Not saying that the Flasks are not quality, but QC definitely should've picked up on these things before it went out the door.....I am just glad Vapinart was able to give you a refund without any hassle!
