Yeah after the emails back and forth stopped I emailed them three days in a row... Then he told me the rma info was on their Facebook as an announcement... I thought their cs was stellar until yet another retailer who thinks Facebook is a viable way to tell their customers the bad news...

I think they are overwhelmed with all the people reporting problems, CS is no longer there, the person that I talked to was..... lets just say its not in my top 1,000,000 of customer service
