Pros: Good flavor selection, customer service can be reached by phone, nice active subforum, always a little something extra in your packages.

Cons: Price doesn't matter to me, but most of their stuff is overpriced. Quality is below par, all of my regular Kanger batterys are still alive, already had problems with V4L ones within a couple weeks . I've had a lot of duff cartomizers, barely any with my regular vendors.

Yes they offer to replace them if they're flaky. but i'd rather just buy quality gear in the first place and not have to worry about that. Does seem weird considering all their stuff is made by the same people.


I don't think i wanna use them again, and it's apparent they don't want me to use them again either after they ignore me completely. It's not a personal dig at them, i don't even know the guys. Just sharing my views / experiences.

hmmm. Well, I predict another 50 anti-V4L posts in your future- eventually amounting to a boycott.

Seems to me like your problems with them started after you made a fool of yourself in that thread... and after SJ stepped in and handed you your hat.

And that "other" forum? It a whole different world. Everyone who participates there knows that the environment is drastically different than here at ECF and they are much more likely to cut loose. You'd be wise to not drag anything from over there to ECF.

I personally LOVE Vapor4Life and they arent the first company I chose,I very much wish they had been.I wasted alot of $$ on other units and everything kept breaking or not working properly and no one cared.V4L people care about the customers and do everything they can to help.That alone is enough.They have great products and many,many choices of wonderful flavors and sizes of everything.I think Steve Smilin is a wonderful person with great sense of how people want to be treated.He treats us wonderfully and I thank him for everything he does.

My partner did quite a bit of research before deciding on a Vapor King and V4L as the supplier. He's already placed four orders with them this month and shipping turnaround has been above expectations. Attentiveness and customer care are also top rated, as are quality merchandise. Unexpected and appreciated are the extras they pack with every order and their liberal warranty.

No... there is gonna be no 'anti-V4L' posts, i've got nothing else to say, i just saw how they talk to customers on another forum and i don't want my crews being associated with people like that. The mods don't want me posting about it on here so i won't go into detail. And it just so happens i got some of the newest Kanger gear in and it works better than my V4L stuff, there is nothing wrong with my opinion, everyone has one. And i don't know what you're talking about with SJ, he didn't 'hand me' anything... we spoke over PM's and he was very nice, very reasonable guy, so i just left it alone.

I asked the mods to delete my account because online drama is ......ed and i would rather spend my time doing something else.
