i have not had an issue with vaporbomb yet either. And i also think that thier reply to you was pretty reasonable and more honest than what most companies would have done. They stated that they can mix you something without adding any PG to it. But, the flavorings they purchase may have PG. And they have no control over the flavorings they purchase, nor can they get specific information about thier suppliers flavoring recipies.

Thier reply might have been a bit late, but at least they were answering you are truthfully as possible.

Bruce at Clouds of Vapor has a PG free line of juices...he himself is allergic to PG. You could contact him and talk to him about his juices.

And yes, there are flavor suppliers out there who sell VG based flavoring without oil in them for DIY and to vendors who make their own juices to sell.

+1 to this^^^ COV is fantastic!

So sorry to hear about your bad PG experience! That is crazy! And I'm glad you are ok.

So you are upset because they took the time to honestly answer your questions?

If a vendor advertises that their juice is VG then they have a responsibility to make sure it is. It is a misconception that all flavorings contain PG, it simply isn't true and there are flavoring companies out there who make PG free flavorings suitable for making e-juice.

As far as VB's answer that they can't obtain the info on flavorings from their supplier, that is also not true. Upon request, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) can be supplied to the vendor or any customer. If the flavoring supplier refuses to supply MSDS then anyone (vendor or personal customer) should run away as quickly as possible.

Loranne is a flavor supplier that a lot of e-cigs use. Here is a list of their stuff, http://www.exogenesis.co.uk/Loranne1.htm as you can see even though these are for food items they contain PG. I ordered some flavoring from freedomsmoke and Dave assured me that there is no PG in their flavorings. May want to ask them directly tho (freedomsmokeusa@freedomsmokeusa.com) what flavorings do not have PG in them before you order.

Wow, that is unsettling that he told you that. Because he uses Flavour Art and most of their flavorings are PG based. It seems as though he needs to do some more research on his own products.

Wow, if you can't handle any PG at all it might be tough for you in the vaping world.
Good luck, and stay safe.

I don't think you can take any comfort in advertised 100% VG juices. I think most supplier just mean 100% VG based, and don't take into account the flavoring ingredients. Very interesting.

I've ordered from VB and have had no problems, in fact I think they are awesome. They do not advertise their juice as PG free (VG, maybe. That is different than PG free!!). If that is what your looking for then find a vendor that states it is PG free.

And as far as what they told the OP, I would expect nothing less. Why would they want to take the responsibility for a severe allergy? They do not purchase their supplies to be PG free nor would they want to take responsibility for a mistake/mislabel from the supply vendor. All these companies are relatively new, I can't think of a single one that would survive a lawsuit well, if at all!

Not sure what the real problem is here?? As far as the delay issue, that is unfortunate, but the exception, not the rule.

Uh, yeah. Definitely go to flavourartexpress.biz to see the list of FA flavors - it says in the ordering description what flavoring carrier is used - all of the ones I just looked at say pg with no vg option.

Be careful out there!

I ordered peanut butter from Vapor Bomb months ago and it was quite good. I then emailed Harry and asked him what flavor suppliers he used. He said they are Vapor Bomb juices. I jabbed at him for a short while trying to get the information I wanted but he wouldn't give it up. Mind you I wasn't asking for a recipe...just the flavor vendor. He may or may not disclose that information now but I wouldn't know as I have not ordered since. IMO it is not difficult to find out if a flavor is made with vg pg or something else like Triacetin from PA. Stick with the folks who will share all the info they have about their e liquids (excluding the recipe...of course).

Both COV and Vaperite.com do indeed have a line of Organic "True" 100% VG Liquids as well. Their usda organic flavorings are completely VG based and US made, as is their nicotine, I have been told. Of course, make sure for yourself first! Any exceptions involving macerations and the like are clearly posted on both the websites, however, and both Bruce at COV and Todd at Vaperite have been very knowledgeable and forthcoming with all my questions regarding their flavorings. I'm sure they could help you out too, OP, if needed.
I'm not allergic to anything in life so far, it seems, and don't pay much attention to organics, to be honest. I read some glowing reviews here, checked them out, and found it just tasted really really good to me.

I am fairly new to e-cigs
soon after using ejuice I ended up in hospital with some severe reactions to pg where my throat started closing up.
I had just made a few purchases of ejuice from a few suppliers..looking for that right one.
the emails began talking to the vendors about the juice and if it contained PG
Then I got to vaporbomb..and what an experiance that was
I emailed them and asked if specifically as thier juice is made to order..if the flavorings in the ejuices contained PG
as I ordered 100VG juice
The first response was basically that different juice had different pg vg and alcohol depending on the juice.

So I emailed them back with my order I had placed,Explained about the allergies and please if they could look at my order
and let me know if what I ordered had PG in it

Thier next reply .. sorry for the allergy .
Then basically told me 90% of all flavorings contain PG, as well as the majority of things that can be found in a household bathroom.
I wrote back saying that was a bit odd of a reply to a rather simple question, and Im aware PG is in household items
but I did not ask about those.
and asked again please can you tell me about the juice I ordered.
no reply,so I wrote back again

I still would like an answer to my original question..
I do seriously need to know..Im not trying to bother you with my question
I simply need to know if the ejuice I ordered all has PG in it please.
thanks again for your time

thier last reply :
Flavoring manufactures are not required and do not disclose that information.
I would assume that all of the e-liquids have pg in them.

I did not ask for his recipe, nor a refund, simply if the juice had PG?
I emailed many vendors about thier ejuice and they have been great with responding with this exception.

I find the response of vaporbomb to be a bit shocking, unprofessional, and bad Business!!!!

On the positive side of it all.. I found the forums and ecigs and am ciggie free !!!!!!!!!!

VB attempted to contact the op when this all first started via Phone. The phone number provided was not the op's, we also want to add that the shipping and billing address were to a P.O.Box. When I called the number the person stated they did not know the op. I then asked the op to pm me their correct phone number, I have not recieved it that was this morning. This leads me to believe that that there is more to this. I also want to add that the quoted emails are not in their entirety. VB has a reputation for top notch customer service and did not avoid the op at all. We choose to contact directly due to the severity of the situation, was given incorrect contact info and op has yet to correct the info.
The op had started this issue in another thread in our sub forum to witch I was asked by the op of that thread to delete, I will now go back and un-delete those post and supply a link. It was a very odd place to post and the op wanted it deleted. Anyone wishing to contact me on the contents of their juice may do so.
