Irish Creme is off the hook! I like it more than the blueberry, and even better than the sweedish fish. What sux is I just discovered I forgot to order my all time fave, Peach, which is the only reason I made this $50 order. Oh god, here comes another $50 order..... Oh, pineapple is awesome too.

So you are upset because they took the time to honestly answer your questions?

no I'm not upset they answered me..Im bothered by the way they choose to do it,really it was a simple question,I could not have imagined it would made such a trouble for them, for instance..I know loranns flavors are all PG based..I have never even tried it.
I dont think it was so off to ask.

and I do now know that several vendors are themself allergic to PG as they told me
and thier flavors dont include PG..Its all a process to find who they are thats all.

VB attempted to contact the op when this all first started via Phone. The phone number provided was not the op's, we also want to add that the shipping and billing address were to a P.O.Box. When I called the number the person stated they did not know the op. I then asked the op to pm me their correct phone number, I have not recieved it that was this morning. This leads me to believe that that there is more to this. I also want to add that the quoted emails are not in their entirety. VB has a reputation for top notch customer service and did not avoid the op at all. We choose to contact directly due to the severity of the situation, was given incorrect contact info and op has yet to correct the info.
The op had started this issue in another thread in our sub forum to witch I was asked by the op of that thread to delete, I will now go back and un-delete those post and supply a link. It was a very odd place to post and the op wanted it deleted. Anyone wishing to contact me on the contents of their juice may do so.
link to post http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/vaporbomb/133223-got-my-first-order-its-soooooo-good-2.html

Ok not sure who is the OP is or if this is me you refer too.

But I will reply
Just to clear a couple things up.
I live in the forest we do not have postal service here to the residence so yes I do have a post box.
nor do I have a cell phone .. GASP ...and I'm in the process of moving.
and as far as the odd place I posted.I wasn’t sure where to post.
however I’m not really sure what point you wanted to make to mention that.

I received your juice..you got paid from my post box billing address.
and sent me the confirmation of my order to my email address.
I was writting email to you so how could you not contact me.

At no time did you ever ask for my phone number in our emails,I just rechecked.

I did not post the emails in their entirety.
I just wrote from what I recalled there’s not a whole lot more really that was said.
But I will post a link for you..in its entirety
link : DivShare - Password-Protected File

In all fairness I have no idea even who I spoke to as it only says Customer service
I understand you didn't feel to give me information about your juice, you have that right,
as I have the right to inform people that may be allergic like me. To inform people.

I choose your site as it said everything was handmade,so I assumed you would know what was in your juice.

I told you I had a severe allergic reaction.
which is why I emailed and asked about the juice.
So I could be certain thats all.

People should just assume 100%vg has PG in it,that’s crazy

Theres no hole in any of this..Just a bad experiance, and an awful way your customer service that day dealt with it.

If a vendor advertises that their juice is VG then they have a responsibility to make sure it is. It is a misconception that all flavorings contain PG, it simply isn't true and there are flavoring companies out there who make PG free flavorings suitable for making e-juice.

As far as VB's answer that they can't obtain the info on flavorings from their supplier, that is also not true. Upon request, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) can be supplied to the vendor or any customer. If the flavoring supplier refuses to supply MSDS then anyone (vendor or personal customer) should run away as quickly as possible.

This is the whole point of it for me.

Another excellent and knowledgeable supplier is Kat at velvetvapors.com She has a line of 'PG-Free' juices - not to be confused with 100% VG 'based', which leaves room for PG based flavorings as others have mentioned.

yes PG free vs 100% Vg,all part of the learning process..thanks for the help

american e-liquid store sells vg. Ask them and they will tell you. As a consumer we need to know information. Their vg is tastless to me.
However, since your allergic I would stray away from e=fluid . I am highly allergic to multiple perfume smells. I have not stopped the e-fluid. In this industry we all know that their is risk involved. It is unregulated. Do I want it regulated=no not really. I will continue to take my chances even though I know I have allergies. Oh and the last time I went my a perfume counter at JC penney I had an allergic reaction. Did I get upset...no! I passed out. However, not going to the hospital it could have been fatal. I know up front about my allergic response to perfume/bathroom cleaners/air freshners.

BTW I am testing out some free samples I got from someone. They smell yummy.

your correct and basically all I wanted was that information. I did not see it as such a bad thing to ask..I was trying to make sure is all,a simple yes or no would have been suffice. It's all a learning process
I could not even imagined I had this allergy until like you at the counter went down. you learn hey..and sorry to hear that happened..blahh I do understand.being Im just a bit over a month into all this not like I have all the answers..or could I have known 100%vg and pg free were different things..now I know

Hey I think we as consumers should have the right to know whats in the juice! I am right with you! Until it happens to you no one will really understand. I could not imagine having an analphlactic attack such as yours. I would be freaked out as well. I use vapor renu allot. I see they use vg 100 percent. The owner is great on replying and supplying information. His name is Jason. You could ask him about the juice. I like their stuff so far. It does not smell like perfume.

Like I said in a previous post. American eliquid store sells vg but to me it tastes weak. It really sucks that the vendor did not resolve anything related to your question.

Lastly, I hope my previous post was not taken wrong. I do know how it feels to have a true allergy. I don't know how you felt..I can only imagine your despair.

When I stated to stay away from e-fluid. I didn't clarify. What I really should have said " Stay away from vendors who do not disclose the information about said product". I just started in July . I have tasted some mighty crappy juice that folks rave about.

I just hope vendors will start disclosing their ingredients to the consumer.

You seem like a pretty nice guy. Normally a company likes dealing with "pretty nice guys" Now, when someone calls my company after spending time in a hospital, ingesting items that my company made that may have, or may have not caused their visit to the hospital, I am going to be very vague, and likely be very careful about how I answered questions about what my product contains. Especially if I am not completely sure.

Here is my advice for you in the future:

Most companies worth doing buisiness with are recommended here. (Notice I did not say advertised here) Each company has a contact through ECF. I would email them the following:

Hi there.

I am very interested in ordering juice from your company, as you come highly recommended by folks on ECF. I have a very specific need. I am very allergic to PG, and I need a juice that can be assured does not have PG in it. Do you have this type of juice? I usually prefer fruit or tobacco flavors or dessert flavors. I understand if you are unwilling to give that assurance with your juices, but do you have any recommendations for me?

Thank you very much,

Vagablonde

PS Its spelled "experience"

As I stated before, the information was not being withheld from you. We tried to contact you, after the first e mail but you gave us a bogus phone number, and have yet to provide a good number. E mail is considered legal print, until I, not my CS reps, can be assured of who I'm talking to and to what degree the information is being sot the answers will remain vague. VB is not trying to withhold anything from you. I feel that if you need this information as badly as stated, a phone number would be forthcoming. Vaga I am truly sorry this as happened this way an will be refunding your entire purchase. You have to see our side of this. You send an email say you where hospitalized, I try to call you, the people that answers tell me they don't know you. Where did that Phone number come from? Add to that you have your ordered delivered to a P.O. Bx. How about this , You won't give me a Phone number to call you, so our number is 234-525-0622 it's on the front page of our website. I will be in Monday at 10am. I want everyone here to know that there have been numerous attempts to get you to give me a contact number, to the point that I have asked in this thread and other threads and still nothing. And there is still the issue of why you gave a bogus number to begin with.

original post shortened for content;

I am fairly new to e-cigs
soon after using ejuice I ended up in hospital with some severe reactions to pg where my throat started closing up.

in other posts you indicated you purchased a e-cig from a liquor store, I would be highly amazed there was no pg in what was included in that.

I had just made a few purchases of ejuice from a few suppliers..looking for that right one.
the emails began talking to the vendors about the juice and if it contained PG
Then I got to vaporbomb..and what an experiance that was
I emailed them and asked if specifically as thier juice is made to order..if the flavorings in the ejuices contained PG
as I ordered 100VG juice
The first response was basically that different juice had different pg vg and alcohol depending on the juice.

This was your time to stop and look at other options

So I emailed them back with my order I had placed,Explained about the allergies and please if they could look at my order
and let me know if what I ordered had PG in it

Given what you were told, you still placed the order?
Thier next reply .. sorry for the allergy .
Then basically told me 90% of all flavorings contain PG, as well as the majority of things that can be found in a household
bathroom.
I wrote back saying that was a bit odd of a reply to a rather simple question, and Im aware PG is in household items
but I did not ask about those.
and asked again please can you tell me about the juice I ordered.
no reply,so I wrote back again

I still would like an answer to my original question..
I do seriously need to know..Im not trying to bother you with my question
I simply need to know if the ejuice I ordered all has PG in it please.
thanks again for your time

thier last reply :
Flavoring manufactures are not required and do not disclose that information.
I would assume that all of the e-liquids have pg in them.

I did not ask for his recipe, nor a refund, simply if the juice had PG?
I emailed many vendors about thier ejuice and they have been great with responding with this exception.

At this time you should have cancelled your order, given the nature of your situation, surely they would have wanted to avoid any problems, but this was not the case

I find the response of vaporbomb to be a bit shocking, unprofessional, and bad Business!!!!

On the positive side of it all.. I found the forums and ecigs and am ciggie free !!!!!!!!!!

Hmmmm, I've got to question the OP on all of this, Secondly you go to the hospital with such a reaction and you continue to vape and now mixing your own, seems like a recipe for disaster.

Common sense should dictate that you stop vaping all together.

I've recently talked to Harry in person, some of the e-mails and quesitons he receives is mind boggling, he genuinely cares about their customers and to see this particular vendor dragged through the mud is beyond me.
