I received my VS dna40 Monday and have been running a KFL+ with a .16 build.

I'm on my 4th tank of juice and it tastes just like the 1st and no juice discoloration at all. Before I was lucky to get 2 tanks before having to dry burn and re-wick. I think after this tank I'm going to tear down the KFL just to see what the coil and wick look like. I no, I no if it ain't broke don't fix it but curiosity is getting the cat!!

They need to send them ALL out USPS Priority Mail, considering that is what it says under the terms and conditions.

I agree, however sometimes 1st class is quicker than priority.
I'm just disappointed they ship in a plastic bag, not a box.
Luckily mine will only have to travel 280 mls...

Can anybody show an image of what the Kanger Aerotank Mega and Aerotank Giant look like on the rDNA (40 or 30). Considering one of these tanks to go with the rDNA 40 when I get it. Thanks!

Hey freedogg, yeah I have the nautilus regular - like it a lot - but it's long, am looking for something short and fat with good capacity for when I get my rDNA 40. Nautilus mini doesn't quite hold enough juice for me - I vape so much I like to not have to fill up often! So looking at around 4ml or above capacity for the rDNA 40, but short so it keeps the overall length to a minimum to make it more portable. The Aerotank Giant looks good, but I wonder how if it sits well on the rDNA - ie sticks right out the side / and/or looks a bit nuts :)
Put it this way. The AeroTank Giant is 30mm and made for 26650 mods so you should have a good idea how crazy it would look on the VS.

Scoti....I am a huge KFL+ fan. I have authentic ones but there are a couple good clones out there. The KFL's hold 4.5ml and are the same height as a standard Aerotank.

My 40 and KFL have been married since Monday and I absolutely love it!!

I see you live in NZ. I flew for 40 years and spent a lot of time in Christchurch and Auckland. What a beautiful country!!! I truly love Lion Brown beer I used to get in Christchurch!!!

Yip I'm just outside Auckland, emigrated here from Scotland 10 years ago, agreed it is a beautiful country!! It's 4am here but you just made me want to grab some Lion Brown's for consumption thinking about it :) Can you post some pics of your 40 + KFL so I can see how that looks? (apologies if you have already, this is looooong thread lol). I don't see anywhere in NZ I can get a KFL, so if it's really worth it I'd look at importing :) Cheers

    Womp womp...

Happened on the way to work.

Then it did it again on my drive home.

That's why we have backups right?

Called customer service and was emailed a return shipping label. He said they'd ship me a new one as soon as my old one is recieved, not that I'll believe anything they tell me ever again after they lied to me twice about shipping dates and the shark skin for the rDNA40. At least I do know they have super fast turnaround on repairs from my dna30 problem.

I've heard claims of evolv saying they have a 1% board failure rate, that must be before release of the dna40. This is my second bad dna40 board. One bad vaporflask and now the VS.

    Size comparison shots.

This is exactly what happened to me yesterday. I sent back to them, and they told my, they will send new one.

Ok if that's struck off the list, what else is good with 4+ ml capacity but short/fat as opposed to tall

The new Aspire Atlantis looks very promising. It's shorter than the Nautilus but can't find any info as how much capacity it holds.

I just got an Infinite KFL+ v2 clone from Focalecig.com for $25 shipped (code: fcvapingcheap for 10% off). It comes with a mini tank setup (tank and short chimney). It's a very nice clone and I'm vaping it now.

The Erlkonigin holds 6+ ml, 21mm and very compact. It's tricky to setup and loud though. The authentic is pricey @ 127.50 euro ($160usd). There are tons of clones coming out but the silver box from Fasttech ($20.75 version) seems to be the best.

    2ml capacity.

Quoted your post but this is for Scoti to give him some idea about the tank. There's other vids out there about it.

If you look on the Specification tab from your link, it states 2ml. I think that's going to be the main problem with it, it will last hardly anytime ...

Aerotank Mega looks fine though I've since switched to Nautilus for other reasons ...

I thought this might be a useful visual aid. From left to right we have the Aerotank Giant, Nautilus, Nautilus w/hollowed sleeve, Aerotank Mega, Kayfun Lite+, Aerotank. On a side note, the giant looks ridiculous on the rDNA40.

Nice pic! Have you got the rDNA 40, can you snap some shots with each of these sitting on it? Or if that's a hassle just the giant so I can see how bad it looks :)
